Seems like you've activated some sort of "ignore me" mode. Review the manual of the mods you've installed and see if this feature exists, and how to turn it off.

For EFLC, you need to downgrade to the last version that worked with LCPDFR - I, sadly, cannot remember which version that is. Try searching the forums for it.

Well, if ScriptHookV isn't updated - He has to remove the current ScriptHookV and wait for an update. Secondly, I recommend against launching stuff with administrator priviligies - The program itself should ask for those permissions, you shouldn't just grant it outright. If you have to do that, chances are something is wrong or misconfigured.

If you are running the latest version of GTA IV, chances are it won't work at all - You will have to use version 1070.

Are you using any command line launch options for your game? If so, they look broken to me... Try deleting any of your commandline launch options and make sure your GTA V copy is completely clean (no custom "fixes", mods or anything except LSPDFr + RPH).

If you've installed a bunch of mods at the same time, you need to instead install each mod one by one to see where your games breaking-point is.

I don't think it's really possible to categorize them better than what you're currently doing, unless I am completely mistaken. Maybe an Excel document where you list which car is which?

That's a lot of plugins - Does LSPDFR work without any plugins? So only LSPDFR + GTA V.

So for starters... Which people? There's 2 developers, all focused on RDRFR & LSPDFR. Hardly a team of AAA game developers. Secondly, the fix for LCPDFR was released as a fun thing for LMS to do as a proof of concept. The latest officially supported version was LCPDFR 1.1 and it's supported on GTA IV patch 1070 only. Thirdly, I think most people moved on to LSPDFR when it was released. The numbers speak for it. As for RDRFR, hard to say that no one cares about it since it only just released. Please keep in mind, I say this not to be rude only to state the facts. We've no dedicated support team, only fans kind enough to lend their time and aid. So, in closing, your only chance of playing LCPDFR (for now) is to downgrade your game version to an earlier version. I think Rockstar still keeps them around.

It's an interesting suggestion for sure, but I think this is one of those mods that you have to see before people might understand why they want it.

Can you show some screenshots of the various issues you are having, along which version of the game you are running (Steam, Epic, R* Warehouse)? Also, have you downloaded the latest version of ScripthookV and the RPH?

Hm strange... Does it work with InPrivate mode or equivalent on your browser ( just to see no extensions and plugins are loaded in your browser).

It works for me - You can try to reload the page from source by pressing "Ctrl +F5" instead of just F5.

Are you by any chance at that point in the story where Michael and Trevor are banned from Los Santos? If so, you need to play past that section or load an earlier save where they are still allowed into the city. Else, check if you have a trainer installed and a key-press is making this happen.

Sounds like to me you've installed another mod / plugin on top of LSPDFR and GTA V which causes this behaviour. Does this still happen with only LSPDFR running? If no, then you have another mod doing this.
