LA Noire has been on PC for quite a while, it released in November, 2011. The modding for that game never really took off, why, I do not rightly know.

The standpoint has always been to keep LC/SPDFR a single-player experience only, simply because we do not wish to interfere with the multiplayer aspects of GTA IV and V. In IV, it was still possible to play LCPDFR but it was highly recommended not to, as it is quite disruptive. In GTA V, GTA Online is seen as its own game, and LSPDFR is for GTA V.

Pretty sure that would not be allowed as per the redistribution rules on the site / seperate mods. You could ask people to link to the mods they are using instead 🙂

Without reading any readme's or manuals, could it mean Person of Interest?

I would guess it had to be released for PC before anything is decided on that matter. I for one look forward to at last be able to play the damn thing!

If you're just calling backup without a pursuit (or callout) they will come to your location and "hang out" for a while. However, if you're using any third party mods like trainers, check and see so they don't disable police wanted levels, or police AI related scripts. Hope this helps!

Yes, if you have the money to spend to get an additional SSD, that is a good option. SSDs are far better than HDDs for gaming and performance. You shouldn't install stuff to external drives, that is opening a can of worms that is hard to close again. Better to keep it "in-house" so to speak.

If you've run out of disk-space to that extent that you can't find LSPDFR, you have bigger problems. A simple update to GTA V won't even fit then. I'd recommend cleaning up your drive instead, far easier. Disk Cleanup in Windows should do the trick.

You have to choose the heist members that cost the most, pretty much. Otherwise they'll make mistakes and die.

I for one am really enjoying this new update, the 8F Drafter; ... is a real beauty and fun to drive, and since Rockstar seems to have fixed the "Advanced Handling Flags" most (if not all) performance cars are now real fun to drive! And the casino building is really awesome, it really does look like the real deal. It's too bad that the Rooftop Terrace is connected to the freemode world, since none of the NPC that stand around on the roof stand there for long due to explosions and gunfire. Also the suites in the casino itself is also plauged with sounds from the outside world. I hope they can fix that, like they do in the apartments. Atleast the sounds are muffled in the apartments, but in the casino suite it's just like being out in the world.... All in all, a good update for GTA Online. It's just too bad that it breaks modding to this degree, but that's the way its always been sadly.

It says what the issue is, I am not sure how it can be made clearer. You have version 1604 of GTA V installed. The version of RPH you are using supports 1734.

And you're sure you're just not too fast to exit the vehicle? What happens if you wait a little bit after the suspect has stopped and then exit the vehicle?

The latest version of the Rage Plugin Hook works fine for the latest version of LSPDFR. ScriptHookV is not a requirement to run LSPDFR, and as such it has no impact.

The readme / manual should cover this topic.

I think something is wrong with your setup, as far as I know, you can only use 1 ASI loader.

The easiest solution to this is to start from scratch. Remove all your mods, download all the mods one-by-one, review the readme for each file and install them one-by-one according to the mod readme. Easy peasy 🙂

Maybe not exactly what you are looking for, but you can place a waypoint on the in-game map and then call for backup. Responding units will race to the waypoint marker, instead of your location.

You cannot replace them, but you can still play as the default cops. It is outlined in the manual as far as I know.
