Correct. if you try to launch GTA Online with RagePluginHook loaded, it will crash to prevent a ban. If you are paranoid, you can remove the files before playing. But I've been playing GTA Online since a long time back, with the RPH still in my folder.

Hello, you cannot get banned from GTA Online for simply having the LSPDFR and RPH files in your directory. If you add other files (mods, scripts (scripthookV, file edits) outside of the LSPDFR modification, then you would have to remove those files prior to playing GTA Online or otherwise disable them (remove them or rename them).

Not sure, but seems like the model might be missing some LOD model or similar. I am not well enough versed in this part of GTA modding to help you there however, but it might nudge you in the right direction. Or maybe it has to do with rendering settings in-game?

If your PC can run GTA V, it can run LSPDFR. Check out the system requirements for GTA V.

While I understand where you are coming from, this seems hard to implement and later, moderate.

ELS has nothing to do with LSPDFR, and vice versa.

If you want to play Online, simply unload LSPDFR from the Rage Plugin Hook. If you want to be extra safe, remove the Rage Plugin Hook. LSPDFR disables itself if you try to join Online iirc.

Probably installing the 1070 patch would work, however, I do not know for sure. You have to realise that GTA IV is almost 12 years old on the PC, it's bound to pass its "best-before" date.

LCPDFR / the ScriptHook is not supported on any other version than 1070 of GTA IV. Can't remember which version that is corresponding to in EFLC. You need to use the base GTA IV or EFLC version. The new complete edition probably won't work.

The list is from 2016 and hasn't been updated since.

Can you maybe take a screenshot of the issue?
