Dude...if you need support, just ask in one of the Support Forums or the many Support Discords out there. Saying you will pay for someone to install LSPDFR for you is the best way to get scammed. Trust me, the forums are much better and safer and you wont have to waste your money on an install that is as simple as eating a piece of pie.

Currently, there's a new update to GTA Online which currently hinders LSPDFR among other mods - You also have to wait for the RagePluginHook to be updated for this version of GTA.

Yeah this is not allowed though. - No person should be able to gain any benefits from LSPDFR, as it's free to use for everyone.

Paying people to setup something that is free, well.... Just think about it 😉

You are correct in that the site doesnt allow it. But there are people out there who charge for technical support and there is nothing illegal about it. Its more of an ethical issue when it comes down to it.
