Try creating a file called commandline.txt in your GTA IV root directory and enter the following lines: -renderquality 0 -shadowdensity 0 -texturequality 0 -viewdistance 0 -detailquality 0 -novblank -norestrictions -percentvidmem 100 -minspecaudio -novsync -renderquality 0 -frameLimit 0 -nomemrestrict

Hello, the only thing I can think of is to make sure the settings are correct in the LCPDFR.ini and that the trainer keys are disabled. The trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1.

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

What was the most recent change you made to the game? Also, I see you have the freval error. The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default: Now, add to the bottom of that part PreloadAllModels=TrueThe "Main" part should now look like this:

Ah, that would make sense. If you used the manual installer, I recommend you to read the manual installation guide.

Have you used LCPDFR 0.95RC2 prior to installing LCPDFR 1.0?
