You need to copy all of the ELS files into the main directory, and one ASI loader (dsound or xlive). Sorry for missing your last reply btw.

As far as I know, you first tell the game to use 100% of the memory, but when the next line goes into effect you tell the game to use 1.2 of videomemory instead.

You're not supposed to launch that program directly, it is related to GTA IV.
