  1. Oh yes, of course. Then Icons way is better.
  2. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support Requests. ELS has nothing to do with the functionality of the LCPDFR Modification itself, which is what the LCPDFR Support Forum is for. Hi, Please read the manual, It is all outlined in it. I do not think Super caused your issue. Have you made any backups of ELS?
  3. Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR. You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them. Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed.

  8. It comes out as an order. Luke did fix most of the issues, but you jump on to the other issues without saying thanks :P
  9. Have you read the manual?
  10. We all have to start somewhere, and he chose to use this one. Personally, I see no problem with it. And yes, maybe all he did was "just" put a lightbar and antennas on it, but honestly, who cares? The point is, he made this particular release and he was proud (and might I add, brave) enough to release it to the community. I personally like the stock wheels, and the vanilla look to the car. I know I couldn't do half better than this.
  11. It has been asked, and answered, before. It is a mod by Sam, which may or may not be released.

  13. Or you could just right click the file and select "open with" *program of your choice* > set as default :)
  14. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV DIscussion as this isn't a request for a tutorial about making a mod.
  15. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support Requests. Please read the >pinned about this section topic before posting in the showroom forums. Welcome to the forums, I am sure someone can help you with your question.
  16. Just to add to what LukeD said; He doesn't have to add any functions, or fix anything. He doesn't really have to do anything with the mod. Callouts+ is, as LCPDFR, developed in his own spare time because he enjoys it. That doesn't mean that he has to fix any of the bugs, he does that because he has a passion for it. Now, constructive critism is always good, but appreciation is never wrong either :P
  17. MODERATOR NOTICE Moving to GTA IV Support Requests. Yes it should work. Be sure to consult the manual.
  18. They're probably a new addition to the game. Seems like the game has been enhanced.
  19. It's a tragic event, but to be honest, it looks like they are trying to pin their sorrow, they need a scapegoat, someone to blame for the accident. Sure, the officer could have moved out in the road and risked him getting run over, and possibly causing even further damage. I think it's wrong to blame the officer, it's not a lot to do in this situation. My question is: Did the victim slow down the second time at the sight of the lights, or did he just switch to the left lane for a "take-over". Not saying he is to blame, only the wrong-side driver can be blamed for this accident. And as Slimory said: the other cop DID warn a driver of the dangers ahead, but he was already initiated in a traffic stop.
  20. Oh look, Internet Explorer! :P

That all depends on what it says in the file readme/description. Also, my name is ineseri, my member group is Community Team :P

EVI has his inbox disabled, I think the reason was exactly these questions. As far as I know, he won't allow you to use any parts that are locked. That would be stealing, so you're better off finding an unlocked part (which I would recommend).
