Well, good for you :) Thanks for posting the solution.

Changing headlight intensity?
Sure. No expert on ELS myself though.

Changing headlight intensity?
Never said I didn't. Keep such comments to PM. Have you searched for headlight, or "color" in visualsettings.dat ? I know that the color settings is called headlights.color or something. EDIT: Since you're using ELS, is there a setting in the ELS files? Looked in the manual?

Do you think you're area would survive a zombie apocolypse?
Yeah then we're fucked. Don't ruin my logic :P

Do you think you're area would survive a zombie apocolypse?
Consider the poor zombie. It lacks every single advantage that has kept humanity from being eaten to extinction. It wanders around in the open, it can't use weapons, it can't think or use strategy. It doesn't even have the sense of self preservation to run and hide when it's in danger. And, it's made entirely out of food. It's easy prey for any animal that wants it. Insects are a major pain in the ass for actual living humans and having an immune system is the only thing keeping us from having our eyes and tongues eaten out by maggots. Zombies in any part of the world with a fly problem are going to be swarming with maggots in short order, meaning that most of their soft tissues will be infested, and their eyes will be very quickly useless. I don't know if zombies even use their eyes, but there's that. In Sweden alone, we have bears and wolves, all of which can put down a human if needed. A walking corpse doesn't really have that much to defend itself with Now, imagine zombie hordes wandering Australia. The zombies would be boned in a matter of days. Also, me who has been working at a church and handled corpses know that corpses do not handle heat, or too much cold very well. They simply rot, or fall apart. Dead bodies bloat because of the gases created by bacteria. That means that they'll turn fat and simply fall over and later apart. + Zombies, doesn't heal either. They just degenerate over time. One advantage to having a fully-functioning central nervous system is that it also does a good job of letting you know you've been damaged. It does this by way of transmitting pain. Well, imagine if you didn't have that. Imagine walking around with a lot of open wounds, collecting bacteria etc. And then we have the area where I live. I live in an apartment concrete block. Reinforced doors, double glass etc. You really can't penentrate that. And as mentioned, we have weapons. Most countries have weapons, and we do not have to go close-up for an attack like the zombie does.

Random Crashes
Remove the crack before asking for support. LCPDFR isn't supported on illegal versions of the game, which yours is. I'm not going to lock this now, but I will if you do not remove the crack.

What do you guys think will be the next GTA city?
Hm, I might actually be wrong. I was thinking of something else. I blame the late hour :P Sowwi.

What do you guys think will be the next GTA city?
Carcer City is put into various GTA games as a reference to past R* games. It is not part of the GTA canon in the way you are describing.

Minority Majority In The UK
So, then the solution would be something like "Swedish Democrats" have brought forward? Halt immigration? It won't help either. What would help would be to have some kind of health-check before entering the country. It's all part of the countries development though, people move all the time. This is just a part of it :)
-
Minority Majority In The UK
Ah, over population. One of the most popular arguments against immigration. Several people use that argument in Sweden, because they believe we suffer from overpopulation. The truth is far from that. The goverment would never take in more people than the country can handle, that's a fact. And that immigrants bring more sickness to a country seems far fetched. Humans are filthy (oh yes, I just said it). We bring disease wherever we go, where you come from does not matter that much.
