LCPDFR isn't stable nor supported in any form of online play, there is not real fix for it sadly.

I'm thinking both. Haven't tried it myself.

I think this error was explained in the release thread for 1.0c as something that can be ignored :)

Have you tried redownloading the car? +, your computer specs might play in.

Is it a legal copy of the game? Steam/Retail? Are you running the game as administrator? Using the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe. Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your GTA IV directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83). Also, that card isn't really a gaming card, is it?

Yes, inside the GTA IV folder. They're called GTAIV.exe and LaunchGTAIV.exe respecively.

Try running all *.exe files as administrator, even the ones from the disc. Make sure you have a valid internet connection and that your firewall isn't blocking the application.

That might be why it's not activating.

You seem to be using the Simple Native Trainer. Make sure that the trainer keys are disabled by going to your GTA IV folder, open trainer.ini, hit CTRL+F, type in KeyBindingsDisabled=0, click on Find Next and replace 0 with 1. This should solve your issue.

Which mods are you using OP? Because keep in mind that LCPDFR isn't supported with third-party mods.
