You have to press "y" to accept the event / callout.

I recommend you to attach photos, and a more descriptive description of what you need made.

Well that won't actually happen, since NPCs spawn when they are needed.

Latest update and legal copy etc?

Can you provide a lot more information about your system and setup?

There is no "solution". It will be fixed when it's fixed. I think we've all come to the conclusion that Jay is working to get this fixed when he wants to, in the meantime, it will be down. It's a value-added service and G17 Media doesn't have to do anything to fix it.
