I tried Windowed mode and it still did the same, I'll try boarderless Windowed.

So I've recently gotten back into LSPDFR after about a year of not playing. I've made a new game off of the latest version of GTA V and all of the latest versions of the plugins (yes I did this on a clean GTA V Copy). However, randomly, once at least every 5 minutes or so, my game will randomly minimize. It doesn't crash, it doesn't close my game, it just minimizes and I have to click the game in my Taskbar to open it back up. It's not causing any issues, it's just very annoying. Does anyone else have this problem or have any solutions? I can't figure out what it's caused by. Sometimes it happens when I'm not even touching my mouse/keyboard/controller. Any thoughts/ideas would be appreciated.

Last fall, I bought a brand new computer. Not long before that, I had drifted away from GTA IV. I still have a few friends who play it and I decided I want to get back into it, so I have reinstalled it, and reverted it back from the past few updates. I have mods installed and the game works, but when I try and install an ENB, the game won't even start. It's not that it crashes, or it takes time. It doesn't start at all. Doesn't even launch. I was thinking it was the particular ENB, but I've tried 4 different ENB's and they do the same thing. Has anyone had this issue, or know any kind of solution?

So I've done some research and I'm still a little puzzled. The only time I've ever really played LSPDFR was probably almost a year ago. I play mostly FiveM. But recently, I've been trying to reinstall my LSPDFR to play again in single player and to record some. Anyway, I have LSPDFR and some basic cars in, and I've done research, and tried everything I found, and I'm still a little puzzled. My ELS still isn't working. Here is my directory. Everything is updated (as far as I know) and I'm pretty sure I dont think anything is being blocked. Hello, I'm looking into starting my own FiveM server. I have attempted this once before, but it didn't go over too well. Basically I was way over my head when it came to actually building and maintaining the server. I am looking for someone who knows how to do it, someone who is willing to help me build my server, and teach me how to maintain it.
