Most mods will make your game crash. You will have to do it by trial and error til you find a pack, or setup, that works.

You are using a ton of script mods. Does GTA IV still crash when using no mods? Only LCPDFR? etc.. You need to find the conflicting mod. Keep in mind that LCPDFR isn't supported with third-party mods.

Please do the following: Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only" Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder. Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012 If your problem has been solved after following these basic instructions, hit 'Mark Solved' next to this post. If not, please now reply to this thread, and make sure that you do the following: Give a clear, detailed description of the problem. Explain any circumstances surrounding the problem. State what solutions you have tried. Post ALL relevant logs (LCPDFR.log, Scripthook.log, ScriptHookDotNet.log, AdvancedHook.log). Include as much information as possible. Post your system specifications. Post what other mods you are using. This includes car and script mods. Please note that failure to follow these instructions may cause this thread to be closed. The hotfix is included in the Automatic + Manual installer. You can download the manual installer (I recommend the manual installer) and that will get you all the files you need.

You can just use the PrintScreen function and upload to imgur.

You also need to reply to every step + Post a screenshot of your GTA IV Directory.

Well, if you buy Windows it comes with a CD / DVD / Product key that you can reuse for that copy. Most of the time, prebuilt retail PCs come with installation discs and product keys. Also, consider disabling running background software.

Why would you buy Windows again? You have the key.... right?

How do you not have enough money to format your PC? It's free. Also, consider running anti-virus checks and make sure you have the latest updates.

What are you computer specs then? Can I see a screenshot of your GTA IV directory?

I think you misunderstood what I meant: They're not going to make it easier, or harder for modders (they haven't in the past). But they have no official support for mods, sure they can like them, but they're not offering support for them. They recognize them :)

It's a nice idea, but the LCPDFR mod is about a beat cop, and providing the tools to be a beat cop. Maybe it can be done with the API :) It's playable for me, not sure what you are talking about.

And you have no idea of knowing that sir, unless you are in possesion of the actual game? + Rockstar does not support mods.
