Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation. Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself. Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

Do you have the latest patch for the game? Have you read the manual to the letter?

Download the manual installation package and read the manual.

Can you install LCPDFR manually?

Post a screenshot of your GTA IV Directory.

Are you sure you are doing it right then? Have you completed Bull in a China Shop?

Have you gotten far enough into the game to unlock the taxi?

You should be able to use the taxi after uninstallation of LCPDFR, to be safe I would recommend reinstall GTA IV to be sure.

Of course we need the police. You can't expect everyone to play fair. The police departments all over the world are important because they manage to control crime and maintain public order. Police are an essential part of a democratic society. With less police officers, there would be more crime. As I said, you can't expect everyone to play fair and be able to handle every situation on their own.

You will need to delete LCPDFR after GTA IV has been uninstalled.
