Heh. I've tried using different avatars, but people recognise me as Cole Phelps and I guess I can see myself as him too :P

LSPDFR Announcement + Preview
As it says when creating a post; "Please do not ask for LSPDFR release dates or updates, we've already stated that LSPDFR will be released when it's done and updates will be released when we have something to show. Thank you."

I'm fairly certain Sam and LMS are capable of doing their own stuff, no disrespect. We're using a different ScriptHook too, so just using another mod won't work right off the bat :P

Police Mod 1.0c Problems
This is a question much better asked to the developers of this mod, or on their site.

lcpdfr what they should add/change
What EvilJackCarver said. We won't be changing anything for LCPDFR as right now our primary focus will be LSPDFR.

GTA V COPS
I am not sure what you mean. The only forum that has a seperate media section is the LCPDFR one. GTA V has Discussion & Media.

It wouldn't really be faster; Sam and LMS is a well oiled machine better left to their own devices rather than allow too much outside input :P

Is this an actual police department?
Okay let's stop with the demeaning comments. The man asked a question, and it has been answered. No need to try and ridicule anyone for asking a question. If you feel this topic has been closed in error, please report this post.

Community Team and Staffing Announcement (22 May, 2015)
I beg your pardon? Ignore? Our downloads section is one of the most, if not the most, extensive collection of modifications for Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City. There is enough replay value in there to keep you playing into the next century if you so please. LCPDFR 1.1 is the most stable version of LCPDFR we have ever released. Used properly, it won't cause any major crashes, other than crashes that can be attributed to nothing less than faults in the programming of the actual foundations, the game itself. The development team consists of 3 people, 3 people that do not get paid and that do this for free out of the kindess of their hearts and a passion for GTA police modding. No one is forcing you to use our modification, feel free to boycott. But please, make sure you understand why we are developing LSPDFR instead of LCPDFR: There's not enough time, manpower may I even say, willpower. We have a brand new spanking game engine to play around with, there is no logical need to go back to GTA IV when we have GTA V. If you are having issues with LCPDFR 1.1, feel free to post in our support section, but our decision to keep developing LSPDFR instead of LCPDFR is final. Good day :)

Petition To Let Staff Members Edit Other User's Posts
Maybe I was a bit unclear, so I will just clarify it here: We edit members post if they are in violation of the community guidelines. We edit them to remove content (like advertising or excessive swearing) not add content, or be "grammar patrol". As I said before, I don't believe it is our place to correct members way of typing, regardless if people can't read it. In most case if a post like that appears, we (the community team) can inform the user via PM or in the thread that the post is hard to read and that it should be corrected, or a new post made explaining what the user was saying. As a side note; HTML is disabled, so your widget will not work. A simple forum poll would have been easier.

Spot on, but crudely written. You may very well defend yourself, not just going off-topic as you just did. The report button exists for a reason, use it and move on please. It makes for a much cleaner enviroment.
