​They've been using the Creation Engine since pretty much Elder Scrolls III. It'll probably still be the same engine, only improved upon.

Here comes boring ineseri: They haven't said anything about Fallout 4 at all. Could be a Fallout MMO (please god no). Nevertheless, I am very excited to see what happens at the end of that countdown.

Easiest would be to find which mods you are using, download them again if needed and check which files are included.

Works just fine for me. Make sure it isn't being blocked in your firewall, and that you're not using any modification that might block your connection. If that doesn't help, you'll have to contact Rockstar Support, as this isn't anything we can fix.

The release date is as always When it's done. We tell you guys that everywhere.

MP3 files works fine. If you have more music in that folder, you'll need to remove it. You can change the playback type of Independence FM in the Options menu. Refer to your game manual for the how-to.
