wow yikes. Try to get an Ethernet connection? You would still need to download all the game updates for the disc version so it wouldn't make much of a difference.

I'd say get the steam version because it's more convenient and less problems occur with steam verse the CD version. 5 day dl time frame? what is that? 5 days to download the game?

This car is broken how can you put this up here? Titled LSFD but everything about this vehicle is Los Angeles Fire Department. You have 2 random/dead? LEDS on the front grill area that flash but are extremely dimmed down. Licence plates both front and back are bland. They are simply red. Test on the vehicle rear is clipping other parts Vehicle is heavily tinted. The headlights are darkened and can't be changed. The rear taillights on spawn are dark and need to be changed to "None" Tint via a trainer so it can be brighter, same goes for the light-bar on the roof The vehicle clips through anything. The doors/windows/hood doesn't open There's Pixelated Mesh around the tires and trunk space, I'm not sure what that's called. Edit: Authors response acknowledges one thing I said and he is still incorrect because I've had multiple people test this and everything I said is accurate. Open rage console, hold left shift for a few seconds after clicking start. Set your plugin timeout threshold to 30000. Test it out.

I see your point with WoW, I'm not to familiar with the game but csgo I have to disagree. The weapons aren't dlc they are just skins and you can trade them as well and even gamble with them as many people do. Such as in league of legends my dumbass spent $2k+ over the years just for digital skins. This is also single player content so you can't enjoy it with others. That's where all the outrage is from. The point is, this is unheard of and ludicrous. Check out the funny reviews.

The pack was out but has been taken down by Walters so he can update/fix any issues with it and make it better. If you want the pack I don't know if he gives it out, you will have to ask him. Other users can't give it to you.

Your getting 60-70fps while on duty with these plugins? Are you serious? Whats your graphics card? Are you using modded vehicles? With the amount of plugins you have, that is quite insane your getting those frames.

The file is inside "vehicle textures" area of the website. These aren't models but are basically Skins for the vehicles. The author listed vehicle packs that are compatible with his skins. Inside his download are the vehicle models and the png file. You need to take that png file and replace it with the png file from the vehicle models. This makes no sense at all. Inside your "modded" gta picture which you've shown here. You already have x64a.rpf unmodded in here. It's in here. So why are you going to a copy of gta for something you ALREADY have in your current gta folder. Seriously please consider researching openIV.

Lol that's literally what I've been saying since the beginning. Granted I did give the wrong location. I said the correct one later on. This isn't a modded directory The modded directory is the MODS folder only everything else is untouched. Simply scroll down to x64a.rpf\textures and copy that graphics.ytd into mods\x64a.rpf\textures

He Already has it setup. Everything in his openiv is properly setup. He just doesn't know how to navigate it. He's using windows explorer for no reason.
