1 Star How dare you upload this and put NYPD in the title? That air horn sounds like a screaming cat when you step on their tail. The only real nypd sirens on this website are from HanXue. You have good sirens in the past but this one is not complete at all.- 6 comments

1 Star, Here's Why; Since your previous update you broke some stuff. You fixed the white tinted windows problem but now there car has no windows at all. There's no glass on the vehicle's windows. You can shoot your gun at the car and no glass breaks because there is no glass. The laptop inside the console is way too big and its all in Chinese. What the fudge? The lights are broken. Specifically only the side runners and the 2 lights on the rambar turn on. Nothing else lights up. Also due to whatever transparent window texture you have, we are unable to see the Cage between the rear seats and front seats. Its only visible when the doors are open or you are inside the vehicle.- 11 comments

It's a mod called Radiance V by buggs. Also your shader and post fx must be on high or above.

Issue solved. Gtavlauncher was being run as admin. Unchecked that.

Issue Fixed. Untick the option that lets you use online vehicles in singleplayer in the ragehook console.

Yes that's the issue I was talking about, its from a graphical mod. Try to install Natural Vision Remastered.

Those are the coronas. Whatever visual update you installed, made the headlights less bright. You need to revert your coronas.

Rename your mods folder to mods_ Launch your game with ragehook, if it works then something is wrong with your mods folder. Make sure you copied over the update.rpf in openIV and have a modded gameconfig.xml

I've heard of an issue when at night time, if the weather was thunder and a bolt jolted in the sky, The game would light up all over but not due to the lightning. This was because the graphical mods were installed incorrectly. So either uninstall VisualV or install it or a different mod. You could also upload a video for us to see what it looks like exactly. But I'm pretty sure its your graphical mod.

How do you know your els doesn't work? Do you have an els enabled vehicle installed? After you install that vehicle you must put its els settings into the els folder for that model Press Scrl Lock to make sure its toggled on. That's the ELS lock key.

If its corrupted I don't think you can save it since you can't even edit/open it. You said your backup says the same thing but that backup was most likely corrupt too? I've gotten this error while taking the vehicles.rpf out of the Gta folder while openiv was opened and it caused that issue. But simply refreshing OpenIV let me open my .rpf file. Maybe you had gta5 running while openiv was open. Not sure what can cause this other then what I told you.

Issue has been fixed, User tried to install manually and messed up. Everyone should use the auto installer if your inexperienced.

It says it right there at 0:15 your els config will break els lighting on ai vehicles. Because its 500m away @Charleszinkey Its been over 10 minutes did you figure it out?

Have you gotten inside the firetruck yourself and the els lights work and sirens as well?

You replaced that firetruck for the default gta firetruk? and you put in the els vcf as firetruk.xml correct?
