I suggest You restart from scratch because the troubleshooting I helped you isn't making any sense as to why your gaming isn't launching. Uninstall GTA 5, Delete everything inside that is left over. Every script dll mod folder Etc. Install Gta 5 and make sure you can run it first.

What is your graphics card, processor and ram amount?

were you able to play gta5 without rage and mods from before you started modding?
