I can't quite exactly remember but this year on april fools there was an Easter egg as well where a giant pink donut car showed up? I vaguely remember it and can't find any images/videos of it. I believe it was either supposed to replace a tow truck or coroners.

It probably is true but you have to realize alot of uk cops don't have guns and then you're comparing the police size/departments to each other. Uk has 1 department correct me if I'm wrong while America has if not thousands of departments.

Well this is where it gets confusing. You mentioned a christmas porn scandal where users deleted evidence, which is why now gallery images can't be deleted by the uploader. But if someone uploads a porn image attachment to a thread or a malicious attachment they can easily delete the evidence

Take a screenshot of your entire GTA 5 Folder and upload your ragepluginhook.log

Try launching in force windowed mode. Launch rage Hold Left shift for a few seconds or click the settings icon next to the red X when rage is launching. Game settings> Command line switches> Force windowed mode.

Yes you can. Simply by renaming the folder. Rename your folder with mods you have from "Grand Theft Auto V" To "Grand Theft Auto V Mods" Then simply download and install the game and that will create a brand new up to date game folder for you. So you will see 2 folders now. Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto V Mods When you run gta5 only the folder that will be read is Grand Theft Auto V. If you want to change back to your mods folder, Rename Grand Theft Auto V to Grand Theft Auto V Online and rename Grand Theft Auto V Mods to Grand Theft Auto V It looks confusing but everything makes perfect sense. If you have questions reply back.

Disable your mods folder by renaming it to mods_ Test that out to see if you are crashing.

Do you have http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/ in your main directory of gta 5? What is your game version?

When you press Left Ctrl + P Ingame does the els panel pop-up? Is your vehicle you downloaded an Els Vehicle? Did you put the VCF file for the vehicle you downloaded into \Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default?
