Also, the picture seems to be cut, what files there are below "Paul.dll" if it's cut? And are you trying to run the latest version of the mod?

Alright where does it crash? Like, can you get past the loading artwork?

Hm.... Could you post a screen of your GTA IV folder? It might help.

At the moment it works fine. Few rare crashes. Some errors but it works.

I only know that xlive disables windows live. I think you can still save in it tho.

Try running the game as an admin.

Is the game pirated? Like if you would be using anykind of crack? And your system recourses might not be enough to run the game and the mod at the same time, idk.

That is your problem, LCPDFR is not compatible with cracked copies.

You need somekind of ASI Loader (either dsound or xlive) and C++ Scripthook for the mod to work.

Just use the baseball as a nightstick. You might also want to download a skin for bat that will change it into a nightstick.

I have never head of AI police officers shooting you after the suspect is killed or arrested. I think the calling for backup crash is caused by ELS somehow. What is your game version?

Are you playing on EFLC or GTA IV? On EFLC they removed the feature to respond to crimes and stuff. And on GTA IV if you don't have it, you haven't passed Brucie's mission "Search & Delete" or something similiar.
