Wiki keys don't work
You can find all of the keys at the "scripts" folder from a configuration file called as "FirstResponse" . The scripts folder is located at GTA IV folder.

Game stuck at "Loding" screen!
I think you have corrupted savegame. You'll find your savegames at: C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Rockstar Games . You might want to remove the savegame, or you could move them to a different folder and start game to see if it would work.

Backup
Well, Alt + B backup is for backup when in shootouts and so on. They'll just check the area and leave. While in pursuit, press F10. and they'll pursue the suspect.

You need to install patch 1.0.7.0 . 1.0.0.0 is not compatible with LCPDFR.

Keys
You have to disable the trainer keys. You can do it by opening the trainer with F3 then you'll get to the options page 1 and look for "disable trainer keys" or something similiar. In the scripts folder, there is a file named as "FirstResponse.ini", you have to open that. And there is all of the controls listed. And since the OP seems to have no more problems, i'm closing this topic.
