Do you have xlive in your GTA IV folder? It blocks windows live.

You don't have asiloaders, or you have both xlive and dsound in there at the same time. Install/remove one.

Weapon shop for officers..? Err... And most of these all has been suggested, but i gotta admit. I like the street racing idea. Also, i don't think the suspects need more health since we try to keep this mod a lil' realistic. That's one of the reasons i hate this other police mod. Suspects are like zombies, i need to unload millions of clips to take one guy down, or one bullet to the head. Cheers. I hope most of the suggest will tho be added into LCPDFR.
