I'd recommend dsound since you can keep online play, and windows live. Wich means you can keep in touch with friends and even play this mod online!

Complete the mission first. In other words, drive Roman over to his "Mansion". After that you're free to go on-duty. Just remember not to go into any missions while on-duty or save while on-duty.

You must go on-duty first by pressing alt + p.

http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/index.php/files/file/2-g17-media-iv-diagnostics-tool-043/ Download it and run it. Tick GTA IV or EFLC (depends on wich one you have) and start scan. Then post the log it makes.

I'd suggest all weapons rule changed to melee weapons only. It's very unrealistic and it's too easy for people to obtain weapons. And blips off for more realism. Just a couple of suggestions.
