Did it work fine before the HDD broke down? Try running the game as an admin. Also, you can try moving your savegames to some other folder, and start a new game to see if that helps. Your savegame is most likely corrupted.

You can't "uninstall" car mods really. Only if you've kept the original vehicles.img, you could replace it with the modded one. Otherwise you just have to re-install. But if you're using steam version, you can verify your game cache by right clicking the game, clicking the "properties", selecting "local files" and then verifying game cache.

We haven't gave relase dates because we don't have ones yet. We can't just go and assume it to be ready at some point. We have to give the devs time to work out all the problems and develope them in no rush or without some "deadlines". And we're doing just good, so how about some common sense? Ninja'd.

Steam does not have Customer Service that can be reached by phone. Send a ticket on their support page, however, just to remind you, it might take a day or two for them to reply, so be patient.

No, just no. It's not possible to develope these mods on consoles. Maybe if Devs would get the source code and support from Rockstar on it, then. But ye no.

What mod did you install? Anyways, if you're running with the steam version, you can verify your game cache. To do this, you right click the game in the Steam library, click properties, and you should find the "verify game cache" on your own, then. However, if you have the retail version, you have to re-install.
