So I got this idea not long ago to make some formal uniforms for the LCPD, (used in funerals and other ceremonial events) for screenshots, videos or roleplaying purposes. Right now I've strictly kept to texture-editing and I've heard the model looks so far so good. Thing is, I'm looking for a ped modeller to help me out if possible at all. Just to improve the ped overall, for it has some issues only modelling can fix. Looking for overall feedback on the ped, whether people would like to see this uploaded and so forth. Sorry sarge, this is a case of it's own, not every other instance that ever existed. Everything's a situation. We don't know any of the background to this case, we don't know exactly what went down and why it went down like that. We only know what we saw on the video. I'm leaving the judgement on this one for the ones that are actually investigating it. Until then, I won't hop on and say that he did it it completely wrong.

Male or female, anybody is able to kill given the right circumstances. Obviously the broad was resisting given the use of force the officer was using but it did seem that bit extreme. I wasn't there though, so it's hard to say whether it was completely unjustified for I wasn't in the cop's boots.

Yeah, I get what you mean with that. A lot of people are often too quick to jump in and judge the police for the slightest thing they do. Sometimes you really just need to try and figure situations from the LEO's POV too and understand why they did what they did. Even then some don't care though. Glad to see we however came to an understanding! Kinda reminded me of this OIS where the police capped that perp with garden scissors. You know, after the taser had been ineffective. People just wanted to see those cops fry even though they did their job correctly. Pathetic.

It doesn't matter whether you walk the beat or not, you're allowed to critize people neverthless. Sure, I can understand some actions taken by cops when they bend the rules but that don't mean I accept it all. Especially serious misconducts. If we're talking about peace officers, even more so. Those guys are supposed to maintain order and enforce the laws, not break them. FYI; I'm not talking about the small use of force during an arrest which was done within the rights but stuff like the beatings, bad shootings. That kinda stuff.

Maybe Philly cops and LAPD should get together, have a party. They'd make a good couple.

Even if it was changed it shouldn't be called LSPDFR. There's other law enforcement agencies around Los Santos too. Would make more sense to just call it SAPDFR or something. Unless of course it would ONLY focus on law enforcement within the city limits, I doubt people want that however. That's just the mod though. If the site would feature both LCPDFR and a policing mod for V, shouldn't they go with something general that wouldn't be solely LCPDFR or "LSPDFR"? They could also stick with the old names cuz those names aren't really that important considering they still got a mod to do, if they wanna do it.

Thank you. There was only one instance where a player was acting and that was the scene in the projects with the African American gang member shooting up the hispanics. That was my friend, Netman. Rest were peds doing animations/being natural or acted by me.
