The only type that tackles crime as a response to what player has done are the N.O.o.S.E. looking F.I.B. agents iirc.There are no F.I.B. special agents in V that appear out of scripted events/missions. HOWEVER, in V, the N.O.o.S.E. guys "POLICE" patches can sometimes say F.I.B., even though they always announce themselves as N.O.o.S.E. By them announcing themselves as N.O.o.S.E., I mean their voices. There's like 4 of them and none ever mention F.I.B.Who really cares? It's not like it's harming anyone.Okay, but it's the LCPD, not CHP or anything else.. In TLAD, the voices often use 10-13 for backup which looks like they are indeed using the NYPD ten-signals.And this is the Liberty City Police Department. Closest you could do is put out a 10-13.They don't need to do that.There is no S.W.A.T. There's only N.O.o.S.E/F.I.B. and they both announce themselves as N.O.o.S.E.Who cares?
