  1. Microsoft hasn't even said that the online services will be affected and you won't be able to play no more.
  2. Jesus. I bet law enforcers all around the globe are laughing at this.
  3. That's the even further downgraded model when the ped is far away enough Always lurking. Always watching. Somewhere down there in the deep, deep pitch-black darkness.... I love how some actually believe in that.
  4. Google is your friend.
  5. While some are internet keyboard warriors, others (probably a minor) have had ecounters with bad cops. Either way, who in God's name would go and even bother looking at YouTube comments? In controversial videos you got shitstorms everywhere, what are ya gonna do?
  6. Oh well. Least that's another bad guy off the streets for good, shame it wasn't a gang banger though.
  7. Okay dad, I'll clean my act. No, seriously, I know. That was stupid of me, I should know not to fight fire with fire. :D
  8. You got to remember there were people also up front and on the sides, plus the suspect was constantly on the move which would've made it a lot more diffuclt. From the looks of it they really should've gotten more units on the scene and try to box him in or something. Guess circumstances just didn't allow that to happen for whatever the reason.
  9. One thing that worries me is the scoring function. Is there not going to be freedom of choice between being a good cop or a bad cop? SWAT 4 for an example really had a silly score function in game that made no sense.
  10. A shot in the legs or arms can be just as deadly as anywhere else in the body, for it's likely to clip an artery. They would have to precisely know where to shoot and on top of that, be a crack shot.
  11. I didn't realize there was insulting going on down here.
  12. I think they did well considering the situation. It's probably hard to get the crowd going when everyone's interested to see the outcome and the perp is on the move. Tasers aren't generally best to be deployed from such ranges neither. I can imagine if the taser missed/was ineffective, shit would've hit the fan bad. Policing in a big city must be a nightmare during a shoot out though. So much background.
  13. Wow kill a defendless poor animal. How freaking dare you. That's so fucking disgusting.
  14. As they said it, M_Y_Cop_Traffic was removed. They used to be the cops spawning in NJ (Alderney) as seen in some in-game TV footage. They however, got replaced by Alderney State Troopers.
  15. Pretty sure any game, CoD or CS:GO has it's kid scene. One more, one maybe a bit less but they're out there. Even CoD has a competitive scene. Just sayin'.
  16. Morning and night times.
  17. Uh-huh. I'm sure. Is it also normal to have opinions based on weak grounds, if any at all? Look, let me level with you dude. I can respect you defending people about having opinons but issue here is we have an opinion so flawed it's bashing an early version (prototype?) of a police simulator because it's using one placeholder model, implying he'll completly pass it on just beacause of that. Generally I would welcome different opinions and I do. Others who mentioned the car at least acknowledge the fact that it's an early version of this game and the vehicle is quite possibly a placeholder model which will get changed in time. Meanwhile this other person is so ignorant he won't even look at it with those facts in mind and is treating it like it's some "finished" version of the game. What would've become of LCPDFR if majority of those people just saw it and thought: "oh, you can just call for backup, I'll pass it on" while in fact it's some early version in the works or something? Or Driver San Francisco, when it was just a grey boxy city with blops of ugly vehicles driving like they were on rails? Nothing as succesful probably, although that can be debated. There are just no grounds for opinions like them and while those people can certainly hold them, it doesn't mean that they're any less stupid or that they won't recieve backlash.
  18. I'm sorry, I never realized people were aloud to disagree. Sure, people can disagree but when their POV is idiotic they should expect to get the complained at, no white knight will change that.
  19. Boohoo, placeholder models, I cri errytime.
  20. Reminds me of how often I've seen people confuse the two. Lol.
  21. Gunfights sure are rarer than usual contact, but they also happen all too often. Sadly with the amount of assault rifles out there, police also find themselves more outgunned than before. We're talking about the kind of weaponry that can go through vehicles, vests, houses. It's just the fact criminals have too easy access to the type of firepower. This is the kind of shit that is the on the rise. Criminals aren't getting all dumber. There's been quite a few cases now where they have ambushed officers with such weapons or used them to literally hunt LEO's down. Even a lot of the mass shootings have been conducted with the firewpower. Yeah, they are peace officers and they do protect and serve, but there are a lot of people out there who don't care about that and want to take the fight to the police and increasingly with the firepower mentioned earlier. Fact is, police need the assault rifles whether you like it or not. Should give you a good reading about the issue at hand: http://csgv.org/resources/2013/what-law-enforcement-says-about-assault-weapons/
