  2. NVE causes problems for all sorts of mods. I've heard of people unable to get NVE and LSPDFR working together. Whatever NVE does it stops LSPDFR from loading assets correctly.

    Are you starting RAGEPluginHook.exe from the right game folder? Perhaps it is finding an old installation of GTA V.
  4. It's a compromise between giving authors more control on their files and users still the ability to give feedback. Files which have comments / reviews disabled don't trend and don't get recommended by our recommendation engine. Provided you aren't blocked by the author, files with comments/reviews disabled can still be reviewed, although the review is not public.

  21. No. LCPDFR is end of life, but has been open sourced for anyone else who wishes to contribute. The original LCPDFR keybinds should work, see the documentation PDF for the correct keybinds.
