LSPDFR is trying to load assets, but its failing. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if LSPDFR loads. System.AccessViolationException this early at startup (before callouts have loaded) is usually not a RNUI Issue.

An SVG file is a vector graphic, and can be modified as such in, for example, Adobe Illustrator. -
