  1. Reports are individual and there can be multiple reports on the same file. In this case, there is a broader investigation that is still open. Please contact us in private message to further discuss individual reports.
  2. RPH

Yes it has, LSPDFR includes it. @ManWithSack's suggestion should help - but I would caution leaving AV disabled. You should turn it on again after RPH has launched successfully.

  4. f RPH is refusing to launch where it didn't before (and nothing has changed), it's probably connected to the false positive detection by Windows Defender. It's been reported to Microsoft and they have fixed it, the issue is this update will take a while to circulate. Until it does, the advice at the top of the LSPDFR page is sound.
  5. Does GTA V start normally (without RPH)?
  6. Exactly. And this is what we're clamping down on - using LCPDFR.com as a marketplace. A number of authors have received notices instructing them to modify their files to ensure their file description is relevant to the file and not an advert for off-site services. We've also clarified our guidelines on this upon submitting a file.
  7. RPH is currently detected falsely as a virus by Windows Defender. Try either making an exemption for RPH and if that doesn't work, your GTA V folder. If that still doesn't work, try pausing real time protection until RPH launches correctly and then turn it back on again.
  8. The error you're getting means your mods folder is bad, and LSPDFR cannot load assets. Do you have something like NVE installed? Try renaming mods to _mods to disable your mods folder and see if LSPDFR loads.
  9. Did you try my suggestion?

  12. It's a false positive - see the message on the LSPDFR download page.
  13. You'd have to contact your antivirus vendor for a full explanation sorry -- we don't make antivirus software. In general though how it works is reputation based, since this is a new release, it has a low reputation score. As it ages and more people use it, the false detection will likely go away.

  15. No worries, looks like the right section to me. Make sure to allow RPH and if needed, make an exception for your GTA V folder. If that doesn't work, temporarily pause realtime scanning and turn it back on again when RPH is running.

  17. Do you have files called asiloader.log and ELS.log in your game folder? Can you post them?
  18. There's a few things you can try: https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/misc/42250-resource-adjuster/ Main.PreloadAllModels = false in your LSPDFR ini Less mods as game engine is under stress
  19. Definitely. We've been sending messages out to people who have been reported reminding them that file descriptions should be about the files and not other services they offer. This doesn't just affect one author's files, so a lot of authors will find themselves receiving this message. We don't want to be unfair and only apply our rules to certain people. People will be given time to comply and non-complaint files will be hidden after a grace period if no changes are made. We've also rolled out our external link protection system, reminding users when clicking external links to exercise caution.

  21. Sadly due to block caching this is bug with the software suite we use. It's not easily fixable as it would require changing core block code, but we'll consider this for a future update.

  23. Yes, of course. @Back12 please report these messages to us using the reporting tool. That will allow all of our moderation staff to easily access the private message thread, along with full message histories and edit metadata to take appropriate action. In regards to leaks, if someone on the site is using assets without permission then this isn't allowed per our File Guidelines. Please encourage the author of the asset to report this to us via our reporting tools or if this is not possible to get in touch via e-mail (management at lcpdfr dot com) with evidence. In this particular case, most of it comes down either: it happened off site (the original post) or it wasn't reported to us. If it happened on DIscord, you may want to reach out to Discord Trust & Safety. If it happened here, report this to us using our reporting tools. I'm sorry you feel that people on the site are "protected" in some way. I'll be genuinely honest and express that simply isn't the case - you can chose to believe this or not. The reality is we refuse submissions all the time due to incorrect credits, permissions issues and most of my outgoing messages are following up on reports or other file concerns. If we cared about nothing but clicks we wouldn't put half of this effort in. We've built process and systems to prevent fly-by leaking, multiple accounts and all sorts of other community nuisance behaviour. Maybe we should talk about these systems a little more as it would show the effort that we do go through in protecting the community and assets of those who don't even upload here.
  24. Check to see your antivirus is not blocking RPH from correctly starting. Also, can you launch GTA V by itself?
