LSPDFR does not use the mods folder. If your game or LSPDFR stops working when you use a mods folder that would be a GTA V issue.

Try rename mods to _mods and see if it still occurs. If it does, post both your RPH log and LSPDFR ini.

VPN usage on LCPDFR.com is fine unless it is used to evade our rules (for example, multi-account use or evading a ban). However, creating an account with a VPN is generally automatically blocked due to abuse. Some VPN providers are blocked outright due to spam/DDoS issues from them. File submissions from a VPN will generally enter our approval queue unless the author has a high trustscore otherwise. In general, if you're using a VPN on LCPDFR.com, it will either work or if somebody has abused and it's blocked, you'll receive a blocked message. TL;DR we provide no support for VPN use but do not actively block it for already registered users
