Install the full profile of Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (and remove dsound.dll, readd xlive.dll from your GTA IV directory if it's causing crashes)

No support for 0.95. Make sure you have the latest GfWL installed. And that you're running as administrator.

No, an average computer nowadays meets the specs for running LCPDFR on Low graphics settings.

We only officially support 1.0.7.0.
