Permission to make an "LCPDFR Promo"
You don't need it anyway. Game videos come under fair use.

Permission to make an "LCPDFR Promo"
You don't need permission from anyone. Nobody asks Rockstar for permission on making GTA IV videos so you shouldn't have to ask us or modders permission to make a video of LCPDFR or their cars.

LCPDFR V1.0c or 0.95 RC2-R2
Maybe because you have both installed? Why did you not remove 0.95 as stated by the manual?
-
1.0a/1.0b/1.0c/1.0d/0.95 RC2/0.91 are not supported
We do not support these versions as they are outdated. >The latest version is 1.1, which is available in our downloads section. This is because numerous fixes are available in the latest version and we don't want to waste time reiterating old issues. New threads asking for support, bugs or installation problems involving these old versions will be closed on sight.

Help with Lcpdfr crashes :(
We no longer support 0.95.

Are we becoming more stupid?
Stupid people breed more. And over here in the UK, we give them benefits and free houses. Of course the average IQ is going to go down when you are funding stupidity.

If I Won The $40 Million Lottery, and Gave $15 To The Developers....
Then that's probably around $14,999,910 more than we normally get a year.

The Hepster Project (Unlimited Car slots in Game)
I don't think reverse engineering is permitted. Although you could do it, you couldn't distrubute it for copyright reasons.

The Hepster Project (Unlimited Car slots in Game)
This has already been done -- although not presented in a nice tutorial like this. Good work on the tutorial.

Not satisfied with my computer, what should I upgrade?
I'd say swap that HDD out for a SSD.
-
What should I Buy?
You download Steam and then use Steam to buy the game..

Cooking questions
I don't trust non-stick pans, so I'd apply something to make sure it doesn't stick. This is General & Misc, where pretty much anything goes.
-
Just bought this pre built gaming pc..how will lcpdfr perform?
This needs an SSD.

Question about uploading.
We don't allow this on our downloads section. Our downloads section will only accept file uploads, not linking.

Bring Down Chimpmania
I completely agree with you, although I'm not sure what we can do about it to have any real impact.

Bring Down Chimpmania
All that petition is doing is giving it more attention, too. What do you think a petition to a bunch of racists is going to do? Make them reconsider their actions and say "okay we are very very wery sorry" and then shut the site down? CloudFlare and vBulletin can't even do anything about this. CloudFlare is only a middle man, if CloudFlare stops proxying traffic for them (which they won't -- they are a massive advocate for free speech) then they'll use one of the other range of companies to proxy their site (or setup a VPS and do it themselves). vBulletin can't do jack crap, the software has been sold and they cannot do anything about the fact they are using software they have bought and paid for. Even if vBulletin revokes their license (which wouldn't happen), they could easily use an open source board like phpBB or SMF.

Bring Down Chimpmania
So you want to bring it down? So you give it more attention on a public forum? Bravo, chap.

API Offline Officer Name
It's an incentive to use our online services, so probably not. That being said, the system is online and you can get a key from http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/csapikeygen

[Forum Game] Type The Username Above With Your Eyes Closed
Wolfgang I'm typing this whole response without looking at the keyboard. I think years of coding has pretty much giviven me muscle memory of the whole keyboard. Who knows if that's a good thing or bad thing.

can we get in trouble for uploading our skins
They're not going to sue you, at most they can ask you to take it down or contact us if you upload it here and ask us to take it down. Although most uses should be covered by fair use.

I hate when you lose your computer and everything - srry had to vent
I hate to say it but you should have had backups. Hard drives have a limited lifespan. SSDs even less of a lifespan. If you've bought a SSD, make sure to make backups as a priority. The best way of doing it is making offline (external HDD) and online backups (Amazon Glacier). I used to watch RAID arrays die at work all the time, one HDD would fail, would be replaced then the other HDD would fail during the replication process, making the whole RAID process useless. The crapness of data storage is why we have LCPDFR.com incrementally backed up every hour.
