  11. [2/28/2019 9:42:34 AM.524] Command line option -enableCounterMeasuresAgainstOnlineVehicleRemoval is specified; enabling counter measures against removal of online vehicles in singleplayer. Go into the RPH settings and find 'Enable Counter Measures Against Online Vehicle Removal' (it's not exactly called this, but I can't remember the exact name, and it's something you have turned on) and turn it off. It's been broken for about 6 releases of RPH and they haven't removed the option for whatever reason.
  12. See the third point here: It looks like your issue is specifically being caused by Computer+.
  13. Please be more specific about your issue. Include your RAGEPluginHook.log, too.
  14. Okay this thread seems to have devolved into two (different) issues: Issues with FPS with absolutely no other mods (scripts, plugins, vehicles, visual mods, whatever) and a vanilla game (this is something we're investigating and looking into and most interested in hearing from) Issues with FPS with high-poly vehicle mods installed, or other demanding mods installed. 0.4 does far more in the background (like spawning police and vehicles) -- this seems to work perfectly fine in a vanilla game, but not in one where you have 4k vehicles for example. A solution has been posted above. We're not likely going to be able to make this hugely better, as in these cases, your game is lagging due to your other third-party mods.

  20. I'm reading that some people seem to be having issues with their activities populating unless they've restarted the game once. I can't personally reproduce that on my end, but it may work for you.
