There are no Xbox One S mods for GTA.

The first part of your idea (lists) is very similar to a bookmarks/list system I'm working on behind the scenes. However, I've previously considered the second part of your idea (downloading an entire list at once) and I ruled it out as unviable, mostly because two of the approaches I considered around the implementation of the idea both have flaws. The first method would be zipping/raring up a mix of mods on the server-side, and pushing the single file out. This would wreck our caching and optimisation -- unless people commonly requested the same bundle. The second method would be us pushing out an application that would create the bundle on the users' side. There are a few problems with this but it mostly boils down to most users wouldn't trust running an .exe for this every time. So yes, we are working on something that would allow you to add your favourite mods to a list (or many lists) and even share these lists publicly, but we aren't really considering the second part of downloading an entire list at once.

Files cannot be modified whilst the security check is taking place. The check works on our background queue system, so if there are other website background tasks taking place this can delay the security check.

Well the main problem is all available development time is currently being invested in LSPDFR or the LCPDFR.com website which leaves none for anything else. On top of that, the .NET Scripthook for GTA4 was never updated for the latest patch, effectively killing future development for later patches.

We were observing an unexpected peak of downloads earlier. We're investigating, and may add further capacity. In the mean time, give it a try again later.

I personally find them a bit of an unnecessary eyesore -- I haven't seen one that looks particularly nice on a forum. I get that it does provide a sense of 'community spirit' though. We are potentially thinking about opening our private Discord server up to the public at some point, which I think people would prefer rather than a shoutbox.

We haven't seen any issue on our monitoring of completed downloads, and we haven't changed anything in the past three weeks. I will however pass this on to our provider for them to look at.

Not seeing any issue on our end. Anti-virus software on your end might be deleting the file. Turn it off.

You don't need to be popular -- our report functionality is there for everyone. There is a report button next to all content, and on members' profiles. We actively encourage people to report things which violate our Community Guidelines. Statuses of a report can be tracked in the Support Dashboard.

I'm definitely (mostly) on board. The only main problem I can see is stuff not being marked as solved. I guess maybe we could have a 'Vote as solved' button or something and have a set number of votes to auto-promote a post as solved.

It's all a bit of risk assessment. While you could do that, gallery images are shown very prominently at the top of the site. People doing nothing but just visiting the index could stumble upon it. Areas where attachments are accepted are usually less prominently shown on the site.
