The issue with this is that you'll get shot as soon as a cop sees you aiming it at someone.

This is what I want to know too. He was pulled over for a broken tail-light so what happened between then and the shooting? How did they up in the park?

I know this has been asked already but why on earth would you take up something that you're incapable of doing?

I'm not entirely sure as I've never heard of nor experienced this issue before, but turn tires is possibly the cause as the author did note that sometimes your car will drive off or you will be thrown out by an invisible person.

Gyazo won't ever load for me so would you be able to list them or are there just too many? The main script I'm thinking this could relate to would be "Turn Tires", as that spawns an invisible model.

The question (as far as I can tell) is pertaining to the game rather than his specs so it belongs in either the Discussion or Support sections. It really don't matter though, any of the three sections would suffice. Laptops were never designed for gaming. Try using a commandline and if that doesn't help you may want to considering upgrading to a desktop PC.

You probably wouldn't be able to run something like CryENB (maybe on low?) without your frame-rate suffering, but an ENB such as >Game4videos should work quite nicely. Your best bet is just try a few out different ones. Make a backup of your game and if you find an ENB destroys your frames too much, delete it and copy over your backup files.

How well does the game run by itself?

Even still, the officer wasn't immobilized by the taser shot. If he had dropped to the floor and had Scott started beating on him or whatever, then by all means he's clear to waste the guy with his service weapon. But as this didn't happen I really don't see the need to lay lead into the guys back as he runs off.

Odd, I would have thought that come the 2030's the majority of people (especially those working for government and/or a federal agency) would know how to use the appropriate grammar when necessary.
