Why the fictional San Andreas exempt plates if you're using an LAPD livery? -
I tried to swap it out but it just broke the tone and as I can't be assed toying with the frequencies and length to please GTA again, the bullhorn will have to do. The tones are both extremely loud, so you may want to edit them a bit. http://www.mediafire.com/download/rwi3bikipp5a939/HORNS.rar I still recommend using my PA-20 instead. The wail and yelp sound very similar and the quality is 10x better.

I use Photoshop CS6. -
Assuming you use Photoshop, you create a circle using the shape tool and then just click on the trace line using the text tool and the text will wrap around the outer edge of the circle as you type. That's how I do it.

I've pretty much made one badge that I use on all of my sheriffs cars from now on, provided they use that badge shape, of course. ^^

While there's nothing wrong with using them, I just feel they're a bit tacky. They're super easy to spot, too.

That's probably why I've never heard of him. I don't listen to rap or pop (very often) and I despise listening to the radio. I'm sure they'll overplay it to death in good time when it makes it way over here.

As long as you're using ELS V8, the coronas should work on any ELS enabled model regardless of the optimisation provided the light dummies are set up correctly (which they should be).

Who cares how tall it is? Every thing will eventually be surpassed by something else. The Empire State Building will always have it's history and legacy regardless of how overshadowed it is by modern buildings.

Does it work without the gun mod installed? If so, it's more than likely the model that is causing it.

The lightbar looks like it belongs to those cheap and crappy plastic model police cars, seriously. I don't even think a Chevrolet Corsa model exists for GTA IV, yet alone in unlocked format, so I highly doubt your request will be fulfilled.

I forgot I had a thread again. Unfortunately I doubt the Caprices will ever be released due to my incompetence when it comes to lowering file sizes which is a necessity to make the game run smooth with those cars. Oh, and I made this. A bunch of people said they liked it so I threw a few more lights on it and released it. Remember, it's made by me so it may or may not contain an anime girl somewhere on it.
