GTA IV is prone to memory leaks. You could try switching to lower poly cars or reducing your graphic settings. Alternately you could upgrade your graphics card.

It's to do with keeping the tradition up, that's why they also have that weird light on the roof. The plastic "STOP" sign was introduced in the late 1940's/early 1950's. And by the late 1950's the iconic light was introduced. Personally I quite like the MSP cars.

*drools*Actually DayZ doesn't allow the cracked version. It can run on the FREE version of Arma 2 with the full version of Operation Arrowhead. I disagree with a lot of what you just said since it's a great mod, but I agree there should be less DayZ servers and more "Military" servers.Arma 2 Combined Operations because that's both of them for a cheaper price.
