Welcome aboard brick. Always great to see people putting up videos, keep at it :) I have been modding GTA since San Andreas (GTA3) and I still confuse myself sometimes so dont feel bad. Best advice I can give is use a mod's folder for anything OPENIV related.

Unfortunately it would be against website guidelines to post or upload any core GTA game files. Did you not use a mods folder? If you did you could always pull the original files from the stock .rpf's and just replace them in the mods folder. If you replaced your stock files your best hope would be that OpenIV has a backup you can revert too, if not you could delete the files and hope that verifying in steam replaces them. If not a full reinstall might be needed.

I seem to be having the same problem but its installed to the correct location. Edit: Nevermind all fixed. I had an old police edit in my carvar file in mpluxe. removed it and all is well in the universe.- 49 comments

yeah you just open the .ytd file in OpenIV and swap out the textures :) there is a few tahoe skins in that blaine county pack so make sure to chose the 2013 pimdslrs/glitchgamers version.

Another fantastic model. Having this paired with your Harley has been a joy for patrols. I wish that the GPS actually functioned since its a bit off-putting that even when parked it shows me going 20mph but I know that would be very tricky to script if not impossible considering its just a .png from a garmin lol. Asides from that its picture perfect! ps. Thanks OfficerAMR for the standalone files, made my life a bit easier :)- 218 comments

simple trainer would be your best bet, however the models spawned as nowhere near as effective as the one you can spawn from the partner mod. For swat callouts I generally spawn a few bodyguards when I arrive at the scene but taking them out on patrol is not very effective.

of course they dont work in multiplayer if anything they might get you banned since rockstar has some aggressive script monitoring for online play. No file on this website is designed to work online and I would never suggest trying to use modded content when connected to rockstar online. Edit. thought this was a post for GTAV not GTAIV so the information might be slightly wrong, im not familiar with rockstars monitoring for GTAIV.

having a crash when trying to save a female highway patrol outfit to the wardrobe. as soon as i hit 'create outfit' lspdfr crashes out, happened every time. portion of crash log included. let me know if you need the full thing.- 2,341 comments

seems to be an issue with it getting dirty. it turns grey the only white left is the pieces you put between the numbers on the roof lol. take it through the desert for a bit you can watch it turn grey :) Here is a picture of a cvpi and tahoo both set to dirt level 4- 101 comments

LOVE these skins! very well made. my only issue is that the tahoe skins for PimDSLR's model seem much greyer then the rest of them which are very white. once i can figure out how to fix that ill be sure to leave a nice review :)
