I proudly present you my first GTA model! After alot of self studing, alot of help from F5544 and many annoying hours I presnt you the CVPI Whelen model with LAPD and CHP skin. The model is the beautiful 2008 by F5544. This model features a 2008 CVPI (by F5544) with a Whelen Lightbar (by F5544), Spotlight, Laptop, pussbar All of the model's and components as well as the Lightbar usage permissions were given for this release and to protect the original files and credits of these components the vehicle model has been locked. Like I said: This is my first model, so there can be bugs. -Donations keep modding alive- F5544 for Whelen lightbar,CVPI and Partition. (Ford CVPI from Driver San Francisco Ported to GTA IV by F5544. PimDSLR for editing and skins Edited to police version by Cj24 and KevinDV.) YCA-RE for Mirrors, spotlight, Radar Gauge, Antenna and Console w/ printer. Yeah, that's a nice one for GTA 5. I have a GTX 970 2.0 and I get less far fps: 40-55fps on normal settings. GTA has something with the 970's :/

It does not restore if you have the update.rpf in your mods folder.

Yes, there is your problem. This car needs to be installed in /update/x64/dlspacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf Not in x64e
