  1. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  2. You have LML installed but did not rename vfs.dll to _vfs.dll. It looks like you renamed a folder to "vfs.dll" (I'm guessing the LML folder). Rename that back to LML if that's the case, and update LML from the below link. Make sure to extract the contents of the ModLoader folder to your GTA V directory. It seems you missed this step at some point since you have the ModLoader folder in your GTA V directory.
  3. (This is for default LSPDFR, if you use Ultimate Backup you would have to change Ultimate Backups configuration files). You change it in Agency.xml in lspdfr/data. You should first copy the default Agency.xml into the lspdfr/data/custom folder (this works similar to the mods folder) before editing it. In the default LSPD agency shown below, the police van model (policet) is used for transport backup. You can simply change the model name to whatever you want to use, or add another <Vehicle> below it and a random one will be chosen. Also note that both the Patrol Unit loadout and Transport Unit loadout have the flag "RespondAsTransport" so either loadout will be chosen at random. Remove this flag from the Patrol Unit loadout if you don't want it to be picked.
  4. If you have ScriptHookVDotNet remove that. It is known to cause issues with RPH. Also, if you have LML rename vfs.dll to _vfs.dll.
  5. Seems to have been some sort of issue with using the flashlight. Were you trying to use it when it crashed? It's probably a random issue, unfortunately GTAV is not exactly mod-friendly so crashes happening after playing for a while are to be expected.
  6. Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=13.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. Reinstall DekoKiyo Tools. You are missing a dependency or installed it incorrectly.
  7. Yes, or you can use tab to autocomplete when it pops up. You should see a list of installed plugins after typing loadplugin. Use the arrow keys to pick one then press Tab to autofill.
  8. I'm not quite understanding what your problem is. When you add vehicles to the game as addons, Simple Trainer automatically recognizes them and adds them to the Added Vehicles menu. This isn't related to LSPDFR at all. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  9. Does it happen with a specific car or any car? You may just need to reinstall ELS. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  10. You need to specify a plugin to load. For instance, LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
  11. Try launching GTA V normally then run RPH after the splash screens.
  12. Usually mods folder issue. Rename mods to _mods.
  13. DLS isn't something that's required for any mod to function. Unlike ELS it's completely optional and can be used with any vehicle using the default GTA V lighting. It is something an author can specifically add support for by creating a configuration file, but I'm pretty sure it would be completely optional for the user to actually use it. It's likely because of what Charlie686 said - either improperly installed files, or duplicated sirensettings id values.
  14. You may need to reinstall grammar police to get the correct dependencies.
  15. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  16. Are the other cars ELS enabled? Did you install them correctly? There is usually an ELS configuration file included with ELS enabled cars.
  17. Be sure to read the keybinds. A hidden post says you are using E but I'm pretty sure ELS activates with J. The default controls are included with the download.
  18. I assume you mean ScriptHookVDotNet. Remove that and see if it launches. It is known to cause issues.
  19. You haven't loaded LSPDFR. Either set LSPDFR to load at startup in the RPH settings menu, or type into the F4 console: loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll"
  20. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
  21. Generally a mods folder issue. Rename mods to _mods.

  23. This sounds like you're using ELS with non-ELS vehicles.
