I don't see how "Islamic" countries matter in this argument. The countries are not run by the religion, they are run by leaders who interpret the religion in a certain way, and decide to run the country that way. Is it right? No. Is it the religion's fault? Maybe. But I fail to see any relevance to Muslims practicing their religion in America, or other countries with basic freedoms. That's the same as saying the internment camps where we sent the Japanese in WWII were perfectly okay, because Japan was the enemy, therefore all Japanese people were the enemy. I have also never, not once in my life, saw a Muslim who was not an extremist trying to force their religion on anyone. I have, however, experienced Christians (and its denominations) trying to force Christianity on me. Granted, it wasn't by force, but if it was then they would be extremists just like Muslim terrorists. I can turn this right around and say you are free to be Christian, but don't share your bible with me, and don't talk about God. But, "In God we trust" is on our currency, "One nation under God" is in our Pledge, we swear to tell the truth on a Bible, etc.

And extremists are not? I don't really understand the argument here. Terrorists who attack in the name of their religion are extremists. That doesn't make the religion the problem. Plus, I've seen "rights" thrown around here. How can anyone believe so strongly in their God (and constitution) given rights, and yet discriminate against a religion? Last I checked, freedom of religion is one of the founding principles of the USA. I also find it hilarious that the same people who say "it's my right to own a gun" (SECOND amendment allows) and "guns are not the problem" after every shooting, also say "islam is the problem" and "ban islam" (FIRST amendment disallows) after every terrorist attack. You don't get to pick and choose which parts of the constitution you defend and which parts you ignore.

There currently is no way to lower the frequency of LSPDFR's flags, which is why Traffic Policer has the option of lowering how often the speed checker actually shows those flags. I don't believe the flags were originally developed with something like a constantly running plate checker (ALPR) in mind.

Just gonna put this here: LSPDFR is super optimized already, it's really just up to the plugin developers to optimize their own plugins. There isn't really much more we can do.

The issue with that is it is an entire scene. It isn't just a 'put in car' animation, the whole scene is one animation. I wouldn't put it past Sam to figure something out though. He does love his smooth animations.

I think it's time to drop the whole circular gun debate once again. The same facts and arguments come up every time, and there really is no need to continue it here. I seriously doubt any change will happen by arguing it on a forum for GTA V mods. I'll leave the topic open in case there are any updates on the actual story itself, but lets keep gun control out of it.

We had star ratings in the GTA IV days, which I would agree are pretty useless for the authors as they don't provide any feedback whatsoever. However, I think reviews are an integral part of any community based content system. Otherwise there is no easy way for anyone to see which files the community thinks are good, and which are bad. This is, to be completely honest, not true at all. I believe a majority of the activity on our site comes from people who are only here to download files. Many probably don't even have an account. Those people, who don't otherwise participate in the community, probably do not know who can model or texture or script by name. I personally have looked at the files and sorted by reviews simply to find high quality mods without needing to go through every single file. There are a ton of new faces here that are extremely talented, so if I just looked for files by name I probably would have missed out. Also, how exactly are new people supposed to get into the scene if everyone only downloads files from specific people? I also find it interesting how often people bring up bad reviews here. I wonder if it's a common issue for every site? Pretty much every site with some sort of 'product' has reviews, and every site with reviews has awfully created and pointless ones.

LSPDFR updating wouldn't affect anything you installed with OpenIV...

For “upgrading, their faces, their costumes, the vehicles, and the jobs,” there are plenty of character mods (EUP let’s you create your own character and gives you more detailed uniforms), countless vehicle mods, and a good variety of callout plugins all in our downloads section.

I just want to point to this argument specifically: YouTube is not a job. Google did not hire YouTube partners, they have no obligation to keep their channel partnered aside from whatever was agreed to when it was partnered (which I doubt most people read, I know I didn't). I think this is a good change, to be honest. It means they have less channels to worry about when it comes to (de)monetization. As it stands, they have to make global "not advertiser friendly" takedowns simply because they can't enforce or control the advertisements on every single partnered channel individually. Maybe this will end the "adpocolypse" (probably not but wishful thinking). I was partnered because I had a single video get over 1,000 views. If every single person with over 1,000 views is partnered, it is literally impossible to please everyone. Now they might be able to focus a bit more on making things better for partners. Also, if you don't already meet these guidelines, there is no way you are making a living off of YouTube. If anything it's a side gig or hobby that just won't be paying anymore.

If I'm remembering correctly, Simple Trainer (sjaak's one) uses F3 as well. I believe F4 is only used to hide/unhide the menu (so it opens to the same menu you closed) and F3 opens/closes it (so it opens to the main menu). Realistically, it doesn't matter much if the trainer opens when you press F4 to open RPH's console, as pressing F4 to close RPH's console will then close the trainer. To avoid the RPH console opening when you want the trainer, just press F3. That's what I do. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. If you just disable the AI control in ELS.ini then you won't have that bug - AI still reacts to you the same as the default game, it just is not ELS controlling them. So essentially disabling that is the same AI as non-ELS, without the 'FLOOR IT' bug. I do agree with the controller support, especially since some controls get doubled when you try to use the controller (right dpad = takedowns in ELS, right dpad = headlights in GTA, H = headlights in GTA, now H = takedowns in ELS despite that not being set in the ini.) I don't really play GTA V modded much anymore, but when I do, I do like to use ELS. I like having multiple light stages and better siren control. However, there have been some pretty creative things done with carcols as well. I wouldn't be averse to using non-ELS if the lighting setup is unique. The biggest issue I have with carcols is the installation. ELS is really simple to install, change a model name, etc., whereas carcols can get rather confusing, especially when you want to use a different car slot than the author used (and generally I do). And then there are the GTA updates where you have to redo it all.

I imagine the biggest "do" is "be honest" and the biggest "don't" is "don't lie". It's hard to say if they would turn you down for being a so called "normal teenager" but they would definitely turn you down for lying.

This is actually my "local" mall, I live just outside of Middletown. The two injuries were apparently from the glass that the bullet ricocheted off.
