    Since it takes up so much RAM and CPU, GTA:IV will lag when you have a bunch of other programs open. Try to close some programs, or open your task manager (processes tab) to see what is taking up the most of your CPU.

  15. Yes; The mods that are available for the hard-disk copy are also available for the Steam copy with the same compatibility. Also, I could have read your text at normal size.

  17. Could you link us to what model you've downloaded? Also, have you used SparkIV to install your model?
  18. Make an attempt at re-installing LCPDFR. Navigate to your C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IVscripts folder and delete the folder LCPDFR and the files FirstResponse.ini and FirstResponse.net.dll. then re-download LCPDFR from the downloads database and repeat through the installation process.
  19. Do AI police come when you shoot? Or when another AI shoots? I believe that if an AI police unit is near, and a shot is fired near them, they will get out and start shooting at the civilian AI that is shooting.
  20. I have both SNT and LCPDFR installed. When you finished choosing your uniform, did you re-spawn back inside of the stationlawyers office? If so, when you leave the lawyers office, you should spawn in a view that allows for vehicle selection.

  23. Are you running the file 'LaunchGTAIV.exe' as an administrator? Running as an administrator ensures that all your scripts will load properly.
