Did you check if you have SlimDX.dll in the Grand Theft Auto V folder? Have you created an exception in Windows Security (or whatever antivirus you use) for the Grand Theft Auto V folder? If not, create one and reinstall LSPDFR manually again.

Do you still get the crash when you have no mods or plugins installed? I mean with only LSPDFR installed and nothing else. Rename the mods folder to _mods and tell me if it works. I’m running an i7-4790K, 16 GB RAM, an SSD, and a GTX 1070 Ti, and I get roughly the same FPS — around 50–80, with settings relatively on very high, plus mods and plugins. If you want more FPS, try lowering some of the game’s graphics settings. I just let NVIDIA choose the recommended settings for my system. Also, as a tip, try not to keep anything running in the background (for example, Chrome), since it uses up system resources. You could also disable plugins or mods that you don’t really use.

And doesn’t it seem normal to you that when you enter without plugins and without mods you should have more FPS? Did you download Resource Adjuster, Packfile Limit Adjuster, HeapAdjuster?

Download Riskier Traffic Stops 3.3.3 and copy only CommonDataFramework.dll, CommonDataFramework.pdb, and the CommonDataFramework folder into GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR. You are missing Albo1125.Common.dll and Traffic Policer.dll. Install the PoliceSmartRadio 2025 mod correctly. Drag and drop all contents of the plugin folder to your root GTAV folder.
