Try this and tell me if it works:

Increase the timeout threshold (Plugin Timeout Threshold)

• Close the game completely.

• Launch RagePluginHook (RPH) and hold Shift immediately after clicking it to open the settings menu.

I already have the plugin timeout threshold set to 60,000

When does the screen go like that? On game launch? On spawn? does anything else work?

Can you upload your latest RagePluginHook.log from your main game folder

It goes like that as soon as I load into the game, on spawn, and everything else works like the mod menus but I cant see the actual game. The mod menus are just kinda overlayed on top of the black screen RagePluginHook.log

Does the game load normally without running RPH?

If so can you try loading into singleplayer normally first and then starting RPH? If it crashes please upload the new log thanks

Even without loading RPH regular gta story mode doesn't work. The game crashes as soon as I tab out aswell

It is more than likely a mod you have installed then. Rename your mods folder to _mods and see if the crashing stops. If that doens't work then part of your game files are either missing or corrupt, and you will need to verify them in Steam

I renamed the mods folder to _mods and it kinda worked but not really. I have already verified the files multiple times and it hasn't helped. This is what my game looks like now

Well I can't say I've seen that before.

I think you should try on a clean game, if it is still happening then I would suggest making sure all graphics drivers are up-to-date, and see if you get graphical issues in any other games

Black screen again, classic… half the time it’s just some random setting messing everything up. Didn’t even bother digging too deep and just switched to something else, ended up wasting time on Pinup Nigeria without really planning to. Came back later and somehow it worked after a restart, no idea why. Honestly feels like the game fixes itself when you stop caring.
