Make sure you followed the steps correctly, especially steps 5 and 7.

Read the descriptions of what I provided, and you’ll find where they need to be installed.

Update required: CompuLite & UltimateBackup. Download the latest version of RageNativeUI. Put RageNativeUI.dll into your root GTA V folder. Click on Replace Files when prompted.

Install the essentials to their latest versions: Script Hook V, ScriptHookVDotNet, RAGENativeUI, Gameconfig for Legacy & Enhanced V36 Safehouse in the Hills, fwBoxStreamerVariable, Packfile Limit Adjuster, HeapAdjuster, Resource Adjuster. 4. Install the mods one by one to check if any of them are broken. Install the plugins one by one as well to see if any of them are faulty. 5. Create an exception in Windows Security or in your antivirus for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is also located in the main folder. 6. Make sure you have the latest versions of the following: .NET Framework 4.8.1, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and DirectX End-User Runtime. Also check that Windows and your graphics card drivers are fully updated. 7. Make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security).

What’s wrong with [ELS] Thero's State Wide Services Pack (LEO, EMS, Fire, Plus More)? Because it works pretty well for me, I’m not having any issues. You can take a look at my setup to see if my vehicles might help you. My LSPDFR setup

Update required: Legacy Pursuits Callouts, Spike Strips V. Could you provide more details? Did you change anything before this started happening? Have you tried Policing Redefined as well, and does it do the same thing?

Update required: GrammarPolice, MDTPro, MTFO: Move The F*** Over. Remove SimpleCTRL [Outdated], Automatic Siren Cutout, as it is no longer up to date. The plugin is unstable and may cause crashes because it hasn’t received updates in a very long time: Radio Realism FR. If you’re still experiencing crashes, I suggest removing this one as well. Newtonsoft.Json must be placed in the main game folder, Grand Theft Auto V, not in GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR. You can remove it from GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR. It’s also good to have Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, Packfile Adjuster and Resource Adjuster installed. Do all of the above first, then let me know if you’re still experiencing crashes.

Update RAGEPluginHook! Update to the latest version using the LSPDFR manual install from the website! Update GTA V! Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files.

I’m glad it works.

It means one of the mods isn’t working, and you’ll need to uninstall them one by one to figure out exactly which one(s) are causing the issue.

Make sure to also apply it to “Authenticated Users” and “Users (DESKTOP-C4DK28E\Users)”. All the checkboxes should be selected. Restart your computer. Also check that the “Grand Theft Auto V Legacy” folder is added to the exceptions in Windows Security. If it’s not there, add it and then reinstall LSPDFR manually. Let me know if it works.

Please update GTAV by deleting GTAV.exe & verifying your game files. You don’t have the latest version of GTA.

Please ensure your Plugin Timeout Threshold is 60,000. To do this, access your RAGEPluginHook settings by launching RAGEPluginHook & holding shift, or by clicking on the settings icon on the splash screen. After try this: Then set Main.PreloadAllModels = false in GTAV/lspdfr/lspdfr.ini.

Try without ELSSirenExtender and tell me if it works.
