  1. Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files. Install the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) – GTA 3751. Create an exception in Windows Security or in your antivirus for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is also located in the main folder. Make sure you have the latest versions of the following: .NET Framework 4.8.1, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and DirectX End-User Runtime. Also check that Windows and your graphics card drivers are fully updated. Make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security). Let me know if the issue has been resolved. If not, post the RagePluginHook.log again.
  2. Newtonsoft.Json doesn’t belong in GTA V/plugins/LSPDFR. It should be in the game’s main folder, so move it there. ClearTheWayV doesn’t belong in GTAV/plugins/LSPDFR. It should be in GTA/plugins. Make sure you put RAGENativeUI 1.9.3 in the game’s main folder, that is, Grand Theft Auto V. Let me know if the issue has been resolved. If not, post the RagePluginHook.log again.
  3. Install the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) – GTA 3751. But first, make sure you start with a clean Grand Theft Auto V, without any modifications, preferably a fresh installation. Create an exception in Windows Security or in your antivirus for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is also located in the main folder. Install the essentials to their latest versions.
  4. Have you created an exception in Windows Security or in your antivirus for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is also located in the main folder? Make sure you have the latest versions of the following: .NET Framework 4.8.1, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and DirectX End-User Runtime. Also check that Windows and your graphics card drivers are fully updated. Make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security). Try checking if everything in the Grand Theft Auto V folder is up to date. I also recommend a Gameconfig. Let me know if the issue has been resolved.
  5. Please post the RagePluginHook.log which can be found in the main folder. Did you download Prowler Radar 1.3.1? You need to put it in the game’s main folder. You need to put what is inside the Grand Theft Auto V folder into the game’s main folder, which is also called Grand Theft Auto V.
  6. The log says that you don’t have Albo1125.Common 6.6.4.0 installed. Put it in the game’s main folder. Let me know if the issue has been resolved. And for Grammar Police, make sure you followed all the installation steps exactly without skipping anything.
  7. Next time, post the RagePluginHook.log file that is located in the game’s main folder, not copy-paste. Try renaming the mods folder to _mods, and if it works, it means that one of the mods you added is the problem.
  8. Post the RagePluginHook.log file, which can be found in the main folder. I suggest you check the file integrity for GTA 5. Script Hook V, Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.2, HeapAdjuster 1.0, Gameconfig for Legacy & Enhanced V36 Safehouse in the Hills (for mods), fwBoxStreamerVariable and decals limit patch 1.5.1
  9. I think I finally managed to figure it out. I want to mention that I don’t know how to code, I’m not in this field, but after several discussions with my friend Google’s AI Module and ChatGPT, I understood that: if you have Modding DLC Pack V 1.2.0.0 installed, GTA V reads the .meta files in alphabetical order or in the order listed in dlclist.xml. If you have two cars with the same handlingName in different DLCs, the game will only use the first one it finds, ignoring the others. And I couldn’t understand why, from one day to the next, some of my cars would stop working properly when I added others. I went into handling.meta and changed the name from <handlingName>16fpiu</handlingName> to something unique, for example: <handlingName>202016fpiu</handlingName>. I saved and closed it, then I went into vehicles.meta and changed the name from <handlingId>16fpiu</handlingId> to <handlingId>202016fpiu</handlingId>. I saved and closed it, then I entered the game and it worked. That’s what I did for literally all the car mods I have installed, to prevent this from happening again in the future. That doesn’t mean it worked for all the cars. I noticed that I have three cars whose code needs to be slightly modified, because this method didn’t work for them.\ I forgot to tell you that I also disabled the “useless” codes (that aren’t used by any car in handling.meta if they were extra) by commenting them out using <!-- bla bla --> — I’m not sure how okay what I did actually is. For me, it works exactly the way I wanted. If you want to try it yourselves, I recommend first making a backup of the files you want to edit and then starting. You’ll need attention and patience. I wanted to share my solution with you in case you’ve run into the same issue and didn’t know what to do.
  10. Can you run GTA 5 normally without LSPDFR, or do you still get crashes? Also, please post the RAGEPluginHook.log, which is located in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder.
  11. I suggest you check the file integrity for GTA 5. After you check the file integrity, I suggest renaming the Grand Theft Auto V Legacy folder to Grand Theft Auto V, and then start installing LSPDFR. I also suggest reinstalling LSPDFR, but this time install it manually (copy-paste or drag-and-drop). LSPDFR 0.4 Installation Guide I assume I don’t need to ask if you have disabled BattleEye.
  12. Tell me more details—when did it start crashing? Did you add or modify anything? Have you created an exception in Windows Security or in your antivirus for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and for RAGEPluginHook.exe, which is also located in the main folder? Make sure you have the latest versions of the following: .NET Framework 4.8.1, Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable, and DirectX End-User Runtime. Also check that Windows and your graphics card drivers are fully updated. Make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security).
  13. Have you installed Gameconfig, HeapAdjuster, and Packfile Limit Adjuster? Try renaming the mods folder to _mods. If it works afterward, it means a mod is causing the issue. You’ll need to think about what you added last and disable them one by one.
  14. After I tried the command above and changed it back, I noticed that after a few hours it stopped spawning, until last night when I added a plugin and then removed it—it started happening again. However, this time I managed to access the log immediately when it spawned and the tracking began. The plugin I added last night is ELSSirenExtender 1.0.6. I would like to mention that until the “problem” occurred, this wasn’t happening—even when I didn’t have many mods installed. RagePluginHook.log
  15. Try without the RealisticNPCs plugin and see if it works. If that doesn’t solve the problem, try renaming the mods folder to _mods. If it works afterward, it means a mod is causing the issue. You’ll need to think about what you added last and disable them one by one.
  16. You can open Command Prompt CMD by selecting “Run as Administrator” and type the following command: winget upgrade --all (This command updates all applications on your computer that have available updates) You can open Command Prompt CMD by selecting “Run as Administrator” and type the following command: chkdsk /f /c (It is a built-in Windows tool that scans the hard drive for errors and fixes them to improve system performance and help prevent data loss) You can open Command Prompt CMD by selecting “Run as Administrator” and type the following command: sfc /scannow (It scans, verifies the integrity of, and automatically repairs corrupted, damaged, or missing system files) Try deleting the Rockstar Games folder from Documents, then see if it works.
  17. Download CommonDataFramework and install it in GTA 5 > plugins > LSPDFR. Download ParksTools.dll & ParksTools.pdb from Police Tape 3.2 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. Download IPT.Common and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. Download RawCanvasUI from Callout Interface 1.4.1 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. Download PyroCommon.dll & PyroCommon.ini from SuperCallouts 4.0.0.2 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. Download CommonLibSparky81x from LSPDFR Policer Advanced - Modern Policing Plugin for LSPDFR 1.5.0 and install it in the main Grand Theft Auto V folder. Delete RagePluginHook.log, launch the game, then upload it again.
  18. @SteveOhByte I’ve installed your plugin, and during the first callout with “Traffic Stop Assistance”, I barely get parked when the officer enters the suspect’s car and starts honking non-stop. I’ve activated Stage 3 on ELS. I’ve also noticed that if I honk at other units while driving, there’s a 3–5 second delay before they respond, and they don’t honk the same number of times I do—they might honk more, sometimes even after they’ve already moved away. For now, I’ll disable it; that’s what I’ve observed.
  19. The plugin says that you don’t have CalloutInterfaceAPI installed. [2/19/2026 7:48:05 PM.122] LSPD First Response: Exception message: Could not load file or assembly 'CalloutInterfaceAPI, Version=1.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. The CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll should go in the root Grand Theft Auto V folder. The Newtonsoft.Json must be in the Grand Theft Auto V folder, not in GTA 5/plugins/LSPDFR.
  20. Please post the RagePluginHook.log file located in the main game folder.
  21. Can you play GTA without RAGE? Install Script Hook V, Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.2, HeapAdjuster 1.0, Gameconfig for Legacy & Enhanced V36 Safehouse in the Hills Normally, you shouldn’t have to change anything. You install LSPDFR in the Grand Theft Auto V folder, create an exception in Windows Security for the Grand Theft Auto V folder and RAGEPluginHook.exe, and disable BattlEye.
  22. You can increase the RPH loading timeout to 60000 by following these steps: Launch RAGE Plugin Hook. Immediately after launching, hold down the Shift key until the settings window opens (or click the gear icon if the splash screen appears). In the 'General' tab, look for the 'Plugin Timeout Threshold' option. Enter 60000 in the corresponding field. Click 'Save and Launch'. Try again and let me know.
  23. Check if you’re still stuck on the infinite loading screen and tell me. If it does, send me the RagePluginHook.log again.
  24. Yes. LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) – GTA 3751 Check that you have these files installed in the Grand Theft Auto V folder: An LSPDFR folder with the following folders inside: audio chars data A Plugins folder with LSPD First Response.dll inside RAGEPluginHook.exe If your game folder includes all of these files, it is very likely that your installation of LSPDFR was successful.
