In my opinion, outdated plugins or plugins without recent updates can destabilize the game and lead to frequent errors and crashes.

Update GTA V! Delete the GTA5.exe in your GTAV folder. Then verify game files.

Callout Manager is outdated and should be uninstalled. You are missing these required files: DamageTrackerLib PolicingRedefined Check how you installed Damage Tracker Framework 2.0.0. Install DamageTrackerLib.dll to the GTA V directory. Install DamageTrackerFramework.dll to the plugins folder. DamageTrackerFramework MUST be started with RagePluginHook. Check how you installed Policing Redefined 1.0.0.2 Drag-and-drop the contents of the "GTAV MAIN DIRECTORY" folder into your GTA 5 root directory. In my opinion, you should reinstall GTA 5 Legacy and create a fresh and clean copy. Download the latest version of LSPD First Response 0.4.9 (Build 9476) - GTA 3751(click here) (how to install click here) and install it in the new copy. If you have done all of this correctly, it should work without any problems. Make sure you have the latest version of .NET Framework installed. Make sure everything is fully up to date. What plugins are you using exactly? There might be conflicts between them. Please attach the RagePluginHook.log file. Quick test: Close the game. Temporarily remove from plugins\LSPDFR: or any other backup-related plugins. Start the game and call for backup using the default backup system. If the sound comes back, it means there is a plugin conflict. Missing or corrupted audio files. If you have installed: sound mods, sirens, voice packs …it's possible that something has been overwritten. When you enter the game, try typing ReloadAllPlugins and see if it fixes the issue.

@GTAPatrol2026 I started the game and typed the following commands: ReloadAllPlugins, then ForceDuty. After that, I pressed INS to reload because I had Enable All Interiors on. I was near the first police unit that spawned (I could see the lights on the walls). When I got there, I took the police officer’s car, reversed it, and waited. In the meantime, another police car spawned with an officer inside, and the officer who had already spawned was standing at the right-side window of the vehicle he had stopped. After the officer finished dealing with the driver, he came to the car I had taken and waited for me to get out. I got out of the car and the officer got in, but the second unit that had spawned remained stuck in that position. So, just to clarify—you only don’t have sound when calling for backup? -- If the problem persists in general, check the sound settings both in the game and in Windows. -- Take a picture of the files in the folder: OpenIV > GTA 5 > lspdfr > audio > scanner.

Could you provide a bit more detail about the issue? For example: since when you’ve lost the sound, any changes you made that might have caused it, or any other information that could help us figure out what’s going on.

I use Policing Redefined as well. To close a callout, I press the END key, or I start another callout from M > Police Radio > Request Call if it doesn’t close properly. I think the problem is with the callouts themselves, because the same thing happens to me with certain callouts too. I’m curious if there’s a fix for it so I’ll keep an eye on this topic.

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn’t help me. I played for 30 minutes and noticed that nothing spawned. Also, with the plugin “Ambient AI Police, Sitting Patrols and Traffic Stops”, nothing spawns when I set it to true.

Hello, does anyone know what I should delete so the green car stops spawning? It spawns automatically, and if I go near it, I’m immediately put into a police chase. Hello, this is an interesting script. It makes the game more enjoyable and more “realistic”, but I’ve noticed a few things: Is the mini-map supposed to make a “beep” sound when a unit spawns near you? Why do officers go to the passenger window instead of the driver’s window? (see picture https://imgur.com/a/fGeUz5E) I’ve noticed that units sometimes spawn inside traffic cones (see picture https://imgur.com/a/3aBKcM7) I’ve also experienced units spawning and then going crazy — for example driving into a lake, or if you’re behind a unit they suddenly speed up and rush ahead like maniacs. Another unit spawned in the meantime and was driving in circles. (see picture https://imgur.com/a/gAxMrzv) A unit with a patrol car spawned on the highway and got stuck in that spot, blocking the highway (about 200–250 meters ahead there was another unit with a patrol car stuck in traffic cones) (see picture https://imgur.com/a/SvaeyDj - https://imgur.com/a/PLMnGCB) From my point of view, in the future you should add more locations where units can spawn. Thank you for the effort you’ve put into this, keep up the good work!
