ELS not working
Try installing ScriptHookVDotNet-v3.7.0-nightly.95 as well. Try restarting your computer as well. Windows Security Go to Virus & threat protection settings > Exclusions. Add the entire GTA V folder to the exclusions list and RAGEPluginHook.exe. I assume you have disabled BattlEye and that I don’t need to tell you to disable it. Try launching the game without automatically loading the plugins. In the RPH settings, select "Don't load any plugins on startup", enter game, and only after you’re in the house with your character, type in the console (F4): LoadPlugin "LSPD First Response.dll"

LSPDFR Infinite Loading screen
It's okay. Did you install Script Hook V? If not, install it. Temporarily rename the mods folder to _mods. If LSPDFR starts correctly, it means you have a mod (probably new vehicles or clothes) installed incorrectly in that folder.

Game crashes after going on duty
In this log: Looks like DeLuca's CountyCallouts is throwing a tantrum because it’s missing a core dependency. Download the Dependency: You need to grab the dlGlobal library. DeLuca's County Callouts 1.0.0. Installation: Extract the dlGlobal.dll from the download and place it directly into your Main GTA V Directory (the same folder where GTA5.exe is located), not the plugins folder. Verify Other Files: While you're at it, ensure CountyCallouts.dll is in Grand Theft Auto V/Plugins/LSPDFR.

Game crashes after going on duty
LSPDFR is trying to spawn patrol or backup vehicles (e.g., noose, fbi3, hwaypolice, policescout) that do not exist in your .rpf files. Here is part of the log: Pasted content Why does it crash: When the game receives the command to spawn a vehicle that does not have a 3D model installed, the plugin goes into 'LSPDFR has crashed' mode to prevent GTA V from closing completely. You have errors such as 'Failed to find outfit iaa_casual' or 'iaa_suit' [2/17/2026 10:02:04 PM.662] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit iaa_casual [2/17/2026 10:02:04 PM.858] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit iaa_suit [2/17/2026 10:04:23 PM.816] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit lspd_jacket [2/17/2026 10:03:48 PM.658] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit lspd_class_b [2/17/2026 10:04:53 PM.924] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit lspd_class_c [2/17/2026 10:05:04 PM.108] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit sahp_cve_c [2/17/2026 10:05:29 PM.195] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit sahp_class_a [2/17/2026 10:06:38 PM.246] LSPD First Response: [WARN] GetOutfitVariation: Failed to find outfit sahp_class_b Problem: Your agency.xml files require EUP outfits that you either don’t have installed in OpenIV or are incorrectly written in the XML. When an AI officer tries to spawn with that outfit, the plugin throws an error. You have messages like 'Failed to add police station... already exists'. [2/17/2026 10:01:56 PM.196] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Failed to add police station: A station called Del Perro Police Station or delpelpol already exists [2/17/2026 10:01:56 PM.196] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Failed to add police station: A station called Vinewood Police Station or vinewoodPol already exists [2/17/2026 10:01:56 PM.196] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Failed to add police station: A station called La Mesa Police Station or laMesaPol already exists Problem: You have simultaneously installed stations_eupfr.xml, stations_juri.xml, and stations_San_Andreas.xml. They all try to place police stations in the same locations, overloading the plugin’s memory. Try this first: Delete the files that require mods you don’t have (such as the RDE ones): agency_federal_rde.xml, agency_local_rde.xml, agency_state_rde.xml Go into the lspdfr folder. Then go into the data folder. Finally, open the custom folder. The full path should be: Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr\data\custom. Select and delete the following files (press Delete on your keyboard, but make a backup first): agency_federal_rde.xml agency_local_rde.xml agency_state_rde.xml agency_misc_rde.xml inventory_rde.xml OPTIONAL: In the same folder, it’s a good idea to also delete stations_juri.xml and stations_San_Andreas.xml to keep only a single set of police stations and avoid "already exists" errors.

Game crashes after going on duty
Did you install LSPDFR correctly? Did you follow the installation tutorial? Because I can see that the previous issues were resolved when you followed the steps. Note that the following steps are for manually installing LSPDFR 0.4. They don't cover the automatic installer.Download LSPDFR Download LSPDFR. The latest version can be found in the downloads section. Extract downloaded files Once LSPDFR has been downloaded, the simplest way to install it is by extracting the files into your Grand Theft Auto V folder. You may be asked to overwrite files, say yes. Verify installation The files from the LSPDFR download should now be extracted into the game's folder. You should verify that your Grand Theft Auto V folder now contains the following: An LSPDFR folder with the following folders inside: audio chars data A Plugins folder with LSPD First Response.dll inside RAGEPluginHook.exe If your game folder includes all of these files, it is very likely that your installation of LSPDFR was successful.

Game crashes after going on duty
Go to the folder: GTAV\plugins\LSPD First Response (where your callouts are installed). Delete the following files from there: - IPT.Common.dll - CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll (if it exists). - RAGENativeUI.dll (if it exists). These files (IPT.Common.dll, RAGENativeUI.dll) must exist ONLY in the main game folder. GTAV\plugins\LSPD First Response\CalloutInterface.dll → This is the ONLY file that should be here. After you delete IPT.Common.dll from the plugins\LSPD First Response folder, the error should disappear completely.

You have an error with XScanner: [2/17/2026 7:14:09 AM.847] LSPD First Response: WARN Khorio.Common is missing. XScanner cannot load. Check to make sure you have all the files; Khorio.Common is missing. Make sure you have installed, Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster and Packfile Limit Adjuster 1.2. Need help with rage hook plugin only loads and then crashes mid startup
The RagePluginHook.log says that there are no errors in the log. Whether you choose automatic or manual installation, the result should be the same. After installing, either way, make sure you have the following files in the main folder (Grand Theft Auto V): An LSPDFR folder with the following folders inside: audio chars data A Plugins folder with LSPD First Response.dll inside RAGEPluginHook.exe If your game folder includes all of these files, it is very likely that your installation of LSPDFR was successful. To launch the game with LSPD First Response active, simply double click on RAGEPluginHook.exe. Try installing or repairing the latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. Try installing or repairing the latest version of .NET Framework 4.8.1. Try installing or repairing the latest version of DirectX End-User Runtime.

San Andreas State Patrol Mega Pack [ELS] [ADDON]
It is a wonderful pack, thank you for the effort you put into it. @BC DESIGNS I installed everything correctly, and even the lights are working. Did you install ELS? Do you have Gameconfig? Heap Adjuster? Packfile Limit Adjuster? That means you haven’t installed it correctly. Practically, you can only spawn and use: SASP1, SASP2, SASP3, SASP4, SASP5, SASP6. The rest, which you find in Simple Trainer, can be disabled in vehicles.meta, located in OpenIV > GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > BC > dlc.rpf > common > data > levels > gta 5 > vehicles.meta …so that they no longer appear in the trainer.

Game Crashes After Attempting to Install DLC Pack
Your RAGE Plugin Hook log is clean. Since you canceled while installing dlc.rpf, that is a major red flag. If OpenIV was writing to it and you stopped it, the archive can easily be corrupted. Remove the DLC completely Go to: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\ Delete the entire folder of the DLC you installed. Then go to: mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ Open dlclist.xml Remove the line you added for that DLC. Example: <Item>dlcpacks:/yourdlc/</Item> Save it. Verify Your Game Files (IMPORTANT) If you're on Steam: Open Steam Right click Grand Theft Auto V Properties Installed Files Verify Integrity This ensures your base files are clean. Reinstall the DLC Properly If this DLC adds vehicles or replaces many files, you need a compatible gameconfig Check Gameconfig Check Heap Adjuster Check Packfile Limit Adjuster If it still crashes: Post the RagePluginHook.log file that is located in the main game folder. Leave me the link to what you're trying to add.
