The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Install SirenMastery correctly. Add Albo1125.Common.dll and NAudio.dll into your root GTA V folder. And put everything from the Plugins folder into the plugins folder.
