It means that one or more of your mods cause problem. You can try: find which one and fix it replace it again with original files delete current mods folder, create new one and start with mods again - add them 1 by 1 and try find out what cause problem and just don't install it

What exactly solved your problem?

Remove ScriptHookVDotNet files and try launch game. If it solve your problem you can try this SHVDN (or this). If not pls add here your RPH log file

Remove ALPRPlus (instead you can use ALPRLite instead), 136 Callouts and let me know if smh change. But as @UnknownBastion said - post here your RPH log file

1. Have you tried verify your game files? 2. With disabled mods (rename mods to _mods) its still crash your game?

Interesting that nightly version of SHVDN doesn't work. Can you post here screenshot of your gta5 folder?

Delete: 1. Callout Manager - outdated (instead you can use Callout Interface) 2. Pragmatic Callouts 3. Wilderness Callouts (4. Not sure about United Callouts so if first 3 steps gonna solve your problem - you can skip this one) Few days ago was created threat with mod list compatible with current LSPDFR version - if you want install more plugins you can check there for some inspiration

I think it's just bugged - I have RGL version but at log it says I have steam version too

So you have mess in this file - reinstall it correctly or delete and try launch game

Check game file verification

It means smh still is wrong in mods folder

Rename mods folder to _mods - if after that game gonna launch without problem - you have installed mod that cause problem (installed it wrong etc)

Great idea! This can save a lot of time for someone who don't have it much to test all plugins and just wanna enjoy his small part of time at gameplay. A lot of plugins that I test for now is similar for what you already post here but here is rest from me: Essentials ScriptHookVDotNet (nightly) - if someone want use scripts he can have problem with normal SHVDN - its like to crash with LSPDFR - nightly version works fine Visuals Better ELS Reflections Better Radiance Gameplay/Immersion ALPRLite CombatEnhanced HoldMyGun - this one have conflict with STP Realistic Weapon System so if you want use this plugin you have to remember to turn it off (it can be disabled in-game by G button -> Disable Realistic... but you have to do it always when you launch game and go on duty) or disable it in STP.ini PoliceRepairShops Speed Radar Lite Tourniquet Callouts Attempted Crime Callouts Country Murders Deryll Callouts JM Callouts Remastered PulseEMS Simple Callouts Super Events Still I have a lot of plugins to test so maybe soon I will be able to send here more propositions. Also good reminder for someone who start with plugins/mods - remember that if you add too many plugins/mods your game can start drop fps so be careful to don't overdo it.

3 possibilities: 1. If you use scripts that require ScriptHookVDotNet - use this version 2. DashCam was last updated on 2016 so maybe it just won't work with current LSPDFR version 3. If you have mods folder rename it to _mods - its gonna disable your mods folder and if then game gonna launch it means that you installed smh wrong and it cause problem

Can you post screenshot of your gta5 folder? I think its will be easier way than trying to guess what you have there.

Tried with multiple programs - every failed or needed upgrade to full version (sry but I'm not going to pay for this xD) Sadly without RPH log file we won't go further so it's up to you
