It does not occur all the time. It happens occasionally, where the lights on the AI police/EMS vehicles stop flashing.

I did have Menyoo. I actually uninstalled and reinstalled both GTA 5 and LSPDFR and added mostly everything back, but not Menyoo, and I have not experienced this glitch/bug so far. Thank you for the information. Would this bug also cause my backup units, EMS, Fire Department, and coroner to not spawn to my requests? I’ve also noticed this would occur, as well as the emergency lights on AI police/EMS vehicles not flashing. They are at a steady burn.

Hello to whoever may read this. I have starting playing LSPDFR about a few days ago and I’ve noticed when I go on-duty, and go into the LSPDFR’s Interaction Menu, sometimes my character’s handheld radio will not work and will glitch out and spawn the radio all over the ground multiple times, and when this happened it will crash my LSPDFR when I accept a callout and I would need to leave the game and go back on-duty. I have installed a bunch of mods/plugins, such as Stop the Ped, EUP, Ultimate Backup, ALPRLite, CompuLite, Prowler Radar, EUP vests, custom police vehicles, Better Radiance, custom guns, custom taser, and custom sirens/gun sounds, CopHoster, and added more callouts, such as Riskier Traffic Stops, 686 Callouts, SuperCallouts, and SuperEvents. I do not know if one of these mods/plugins is causing this bug/glitch and if someone can inform me if this is normal or not, I would greatly appreciate it, as I am relatively new to LSPDFR
